Despite paying a deposit, we were lied to about the whereabouts of our trailer that we thought we were getting before Easter. Brisbane blamed Sydney, Sydney blamed Brisbane. Took 2 weeks to get our deposit back and the Customer Service was so bad that they have supposedly implemented mystery shoppers and more training for the employee that we dealt with. Absolutely dreadful service in Brisbane and honestly not much better from Sydney. Reading some of the reviews about the product and after-sales service we've dodged a bullet and we'll be happy to give our money to someone else. Would not recommend this company if they were the last camper trailer company open.

Lack of customer service
We picked up our new camper last Friday. Got rain on the Saturday and found water leaked into the front toolbox. Later discovered weld defects which have caused the leak and some rusting. Also discovered further weld defects on the stone guard containing rust and substantial damage to the powder coating.
After notifying the showroom, we were advised to submit an online claim. After three phone calls to follow up have been told that we need to take the trailer to an authorised repairer.
Extremely disappointed in this level of service especially given that the trailer is brand new. We have not even had the chance to use it and we have to arrange to have the trailer repaired.

Poor customer service
I purchased a 12 foot tent from your Brisbane office and picked it up on Monday this week. The hinges, gas struts and latches were not with the tent when we picked it up. Was assured by a salesman that they would be on a truck the next day and I would be emailed the tacking #. We are now being given the run around and have been told a different story every day this week as to why they have not arrived. We were told yesterday that they were on one of their trucks arriving in Brisbane today only to be told now that they are not on that truck ...either. At the present moment I have a camper that is useless as we are unable to attach it to our trailer without these items and I am also unable to confirm if all the parts to the tent are even in the item we paid for because we are not able to put it up. So much for going away on the school holidays with our new camper! Really very unhappy with the service we have received.

On the 20th May 2016, we brought a black series commando trailer. After looking for months we through we found the right trailer. We drove 12hours to pick the trailer up which was in Brisbane. On arrival of picking the trailer up we notice the cover on out trailer was damaged and had holes in it, so we phone straight away to be told that we would have a cover posted to us ASAP. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting so we phoned to only be told they had no record of us phoning about it. So today is the 18th July and we having been still waiting...to be told that someone named [name removed] will stay in contact with us, haven't heard a thing and it's been three month. We are also having a problem with our front storage box on the front which is filling full of water when it's rains, we phoned to be told to put a warranty claim on and send phone which we did. We received a phone call to say they have no approved dealers in our area and to bring back to Brisbane, which mind you is 12hours away. Since owing our trailer we have had nothing but problems with it and we are fed up with it. Something better we done soon or I will take it further and seek legal advice.

Questions & Answers
We just got an old commando soft floor (2016) off a friend who rarely used it. It’s looking almost new. I would like to find an owners manual or similar somewhere. No joy so far online as I guess this trailer is a bit old. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
Hi, I need to purchase a new no 13 pole for our Dominator... where can we do this from? Also I have recently noticed a few very tiny holes in the canvas roof of the trailer, any tips for fixing/mending these?
If you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we can organise the number 13 pole for you.
In regards to the holes in the canvas, your best bet will be to take it to a canvas repairer or an upholstery.
Black Series Team.
We're is the fuse between the fridge and battery. My battery is a full fridge doesn't work. I have a 2016 dominator. Thanks lee
The fuse for the fridge will be on the electrical board above the fridge switch.
