where do I start we brought a patron oct 28th, poles were missing, we had dents in the side box and the front box, the boat rack not even straight, bent like a banana, holes in canvas, paint job to lid was down in Melbourne showroom, in a dusty work space , they have had my camper for 9 weeks out 12, work that out is a circus down at black series, sales reps talk so much rubbish, lie to you face, change the subject so they don't have to deal with it, I went in on dec 22nd just before Christmas for the third time hoping to pick it up and to e...njoy our knew camper over Christmas, we arrive at Melbourne showroom and one of the sales reps come out to greet us, said good as knew!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ha ha ha you got to be joking the paint job on my camper was so disgusting my wife was in tears, after so many weeks of driving to and from black series, phone calls,emails etc, and the sales rep had the balls to say good as knew they should be a shamed of them selves once a again a circus, the amount of over spray on this camper it was disgusting , it was every where, and the funny thing the colours didnt match and the dents in the box were still there and in the lid as well, it felt like sand paper, so we had a crack at the boys in melbourne, my wife was asked to leave because they had other customer in the shop doing a hand over of a caravan, as we were told by the young family it was there second caravan built, the problems they had compared to ours were unbelievable, it just shows blacks series dont respect the customers the prefer to lie and show them the wrong garden path. the amount of phone calls emails to warranty didn't get a response, please leave a message, i left one it was harsh, and so many more!!!!!!!!! its been three weeks, there has been one follow up phone, to appolise that its been busy not good enough, my defect list is so long, ive asked for my money back, current affair have been notified and the same with today tonight, and both have been given stories, we have made contact with consumer affairs to help try and sort it out,Vcat have been given everything we are just waiting on a court date, cant wait to see the clowns in court. that's if we don't get our money back. our family has brought to campers off them and similar defects, what does that say for there professionalisms of a big company. i wouldn't by any off this company, they dont care. I can spend another hour going through my defect list, I wont it a warning for anyone who is in the market for a camper to double check what your buying

Black series Delta Camper
Very disappointed in the lack of service. Once a problem has been identified, GIC really don't care. We bought a Delta camper sitting here that is not right and has never been ok since we bought it. Some of the products with the camper are inferior. GIC don't want to know. Supposedly stainless but yet there is rust. Stitching coming apart as not been sewn correctly, frame is not straight and so tent doesn't open and set up properly. Solar panel and battery issues or maybe it wiring. The water pump and LED lights supplied with camper drain the b...atteries even though we follow the guidelines supplied. There is moisture in clearance lights an we were being sent replacements and that still has never happened. They have replaced the first faulty solar panel and had 1 small area of stitching repaired. Far from fixing all the issues. All expected to be done at my expense. Some of the stitching was repaired by their warranty repairer however it was a brand new camper, shouldn't have needed fixing. Blow holes on the welds of the boat racks. Dodgy batteries, crappy wiring, sharp edges on stainless finishes, bad finish on the bedroom area, twisted camper frame so zips cant be done up. The list keeps going. I have sent email after email and I get nothing back. I call and not get answered. It is ridiculous and I think GIC hope that all these unhappy customers will just go away. Next stop VCAT. Buyer beware, its not worth the money when the after care on faulty products is less than satisfactory. I hope you too wont be left with a camper that you have nothing but trouble with.

I recently purchased the 2018 Domination - first trip on the weekend, absolutely love it.
When the trailer is hitched to my car which has a 2inch lift, the trailer sits much (much) higher and angles down. The previous owner had an even bigger car than mine so I assume he has set the suspension accordingly.
I cant find any information about to how to adjust the suspension of the trailer to a lower height?
I hope someone can help.
