Super fast internet and very responsive support team. When my internet started preforming a little slow after (1+ years) I lodged a support ticket on a Sunday - the same day I was contacted and the technician was dispatched the next day who resolved the issue (thanks Manny).

Would recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about the service and the wonderful team at the Heflin, AL location, They have all been so friendly and helpful!! From the moment Suzanne answered the phone, she has been nothing short of Amazing!! When I went by the location to sign up, Suzanne had everything I needed ready and waiting on me. After getting home and plugging the router in, I had to have them come out to repair the line. Tracey and Hunter were at my house within just a few minutes of me making the call and they had me up and running in no time! I have experienced no issues with the service and connection.

I had Manny come today to change my router and he was quicker than microwaved rice!!! Very helpful and answered all my questions.

Gigify is great! I just had an issue with my router not connecting to my PlayStation and Josh from online customer service literally fixed it before I knew what was happening! Great internet service and even in the times it has an issue, people like Josh are on hand and are great! Not all hero’s wear capes! I hope Josh’s boss reads this, that man deserves a raise hahah thank you again Josh.

Manny helped with installing an updated modem in our apartment. He was very efficient and friendly to chat to throughout.

We called Gigafy and they sent Manny over to our apartment to fix connection speed. He came in a couple of hours and fixed the issue within minutes, explaining what he's done as well. Thank you very much- were very pleased with the speedy solution.
Edit- one week later we lost the 5g network on our TV. This time we dealt with Jacob, who was very prompt with helping us remotely and updating the software of the router. The whole issue was solved within 10 minutes over the phone. We feel lucky to have gigafy and gigafy is lucky to have employees like Jacob.

Switching providers, I researched Gigafy and saw so 'manny' reviews about Manny! I honestly thought the company must call ALL of their technicians 'Manny'! Prompt and professional response to my router issues, no lengthy delays waiting to speak to someone to report the problem - a pleasure to deal with techies who were helpful, respectful and empathetic to this 70 plus retiree with limited IT skills. Best of all my router was replaced the same day - thanks Manny and Gigafy. And no extra charges or fees.
