Gigify is great! I just had an issue with my router not connecting to my PlayStation and Josh from online customer service literally fixed it before I knew what was happening! Gigafy is very lucky to have such good employees
We called Gigafy and they sent Manny over to our apartment to fix connection speed. He came in a couple of hours and fixed the issue within minutes, explaining what he's done as well. Thank you very much- were very pleased with the speedy solution.
Edit- one week later we lost the 5g network on our TV. This time we dealt with Jacob, who was very prompt with helping us remotely and updating the software of the router. The whole issue was solved within 10 minutes over the phone. We feel lucky to have gigafy and gigafy is lucky to have employees like Jacob.
