Good customer service response
We have had Gigify as an ‘exclusive’ provider in our apartment complex for 5 years. Whilst they have not been without fault their customer service response has been quick and efficient. They replaced my modem with a n upgraded model this morning, 2 working days after I reported slow connection speeds. The result is a much faster connection.

Easy install. Reasonable monthly price point. Excellent speeds averaging 100M/100M up/down for the last 3 years. Easy to contact support team. Only reason I broke up with Gigafy is that I moved to a house in outer suburbs of Brisbane where NBN is the only option.

I recently signed up for new internet in an apartment I’m moving into in Brisbane with Gigafy. I set the account up yesterday and they have already replaced the modem with a new one (within 24 hours) and Manny was very helpful in explaining how to use it and also gave me some great tips for using Gigafy’s website to manage my account. I had the misfortune of signing up with Gigafy, and it has been a total nightmare. For over a year and a half, I have been paying AUD 139 per month for an internet connection that is slow and completely inaccurate. Despite numerous speed tests, my internet speed was always below what I was paying for.
When I contacted Gigafy to complain about the issue, they informed me that the connection speed promised in my contract was no longer available, yet they continued to charge me the same amount each month. Even though they knew they were not deliv

To make matters worse, I was promised a refund of AUD 300 dollars, but I never received it. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Gigafy's customer service, but they are unresponsive and unhelpful. It is clear that this company has no respect for their customers and is only interested in taking their money and not delivering the correct internet speed connection. Greedy and horrible internet
Gigafy is currently perusing embedded networks in apartment blocks to monopolise internet providers within the block and restrict freedom of choice for internet providers whilst also maintaining very poor- subpar internet speeds and Ping.
In my current apartment block we were forced to use gigafy and it is horrible. I do not recommend you support this company if not because of how they do business, then because their speeds are okay off peak, but on peak because they are supplying the whole building they cannot maintain. they are currently biting off more than they can chew.
We don’t need companies like this.
Manny needs a pay rise!
Manny is the absolute guru! He explained why our wifi was lagging and how he would fix it. He also made sure everything was connected once he had switched us to a newer modem/ router thingee. Really appreciate the kind and friendly service.

We have used Gigafy for 2 years nearly and the service and internet has been nothing but amazing. We easily average 87-95 mbps download and 90-94 Mbps upload.
The internet has probably dropped out twice in our whole 2 years but this was due to the flooding in QLD which is completely understandable and not the fault of Gigafy.
Fantastic service and product!
First and foremost, Manny is our technical person. He is super friendly and professional. He came in, quickly defined the problem and fixed it. Gigafy offers an internet connection without NBN, so it is super quick to go ahead and have multiple plans to choose from. Excellent value!
Constant buffering
I have had gigafy since it was myport due to compulsory use in my unit complex. It’s been ok but the last 12-18 months I’ve experienced buffering and stoppages of streaming no matter what the time of day. Connection is not reliable. Minimal help from the supplier

I have been with them for four years in an apartment complex. I can't keep using them which is a real shame as the new complex has a different provider
Jacob and the team around him are easy to speak too, extremely helpful and very courteous. The connection has been great, never any issues and the whole experience with gigafy has been exemplary.

Now of course that’s our fault to rectify and we have technicians who can attend site to resolve individual Unit issues Monday to Friday and network staff to attend to building-wide issues anytime day or night but if you (based on your commentary above) dont wish to work with anyone to attempt to resolve the issue that's unfortunate, as you're simply denying yourself the ability to experience (as you can read from other reviews) a service unlike anything else available in Australia at this time.5 out of 5.
Friendly and responsive staff. We had some issues about signal dropping and slow speed but technician solved the issue quickly and replaced the router. Great value for money. Thank you Manny for your professional and quick service.

Gigafy is sooo awesome!! Best internet supplier out there and the customer service wow! Manny the technician was very friendly and funny would highly recommend him. Net speed I’m looking at 100-120mps and upload 100-1200mps which is crazy compared to Telstra or Optus. Like I said recommend this to anyone for sure!

The internet service that gigafy provides myself had issues, but the team acted fast and sent out a service tech called manny, manny was very professional and got to the core of the problem quickly, he went above and beyond making sure that all access points of the internet were checked for faults to the best of his ability. Since Manny has come out, our internet has been strong with no drop outs/lag spikes whilst I'm gaming. I am very happy with how fast this issue was dealt with and would recommend their services :)

In the 6 months I have had gigify, we have had more issues with lost connections and lagging speeds than I ever have had in my entire life. Not reliable whatsoever. Their speeds are far less than other providers too for more money per months. Customer service has not helped. No compensation has been provided. Sadly we have no choice but to use gigify. I have contemplated moving apartments to be rid of them and their horrible service! They have no US website so this is the only place to voice my opinion of them.

Been with Gigafy for 6 months due to rental apartment only having Gigafy. Speeds are average, getting around 85-88/85mbps on a 100/100 plan, which is weird as both of my previous suppliers I got 100/50 95% of the time. I guess if they scrape 10-15mbps off everyone, that gives them a free connected with every 10 people.
Have found a few people on my line from time to time, probably due to the age of the modems and one would assume, lack of security.
Only offers 100/100, seeing as though 1000 plans have been around for years now.
