Great customer service from Pam
I phoned GIO travel insurance to cancel my policy as I can no longer travel overseas in June. I was immediately told by Pam I was entitled to a full refund and she processed it while I was talking to her. Her customer service and knowledge was exceptional so big shout-out to Pam from Central Coast and GIO
