timeline, aside from a few hiccups and miscommunications along the way but that is expected in any building project, especially one that had as many tweaks as ours. Throughout the build, the GJ team remained professional and patient and tried their best to accomodate our requests. We’ve been living in our home for a year and enjoying the memories we’re creating with our new bub!

The team at GJ Gardner Sydney south west were very professional and supportive from our first meeting through to the end, offering support and keeping me up to date with the progression of the paper work and build. The ladies in the offer were always friendly and helpful and answered any question in a timely manner. During the build Lance and the supervisor Danny always kept us up to date with the progress of the build through the progress tracker and emails. Danny was very patient, supportive and wiling to answer and concerns or question that we had during our construction walk through. We was very impressed to see the construction moving swiftly and was very delighted to be informed that we would receive our key before our contract date which we were very excited about.

After moving in to our new home we have loved and enjoyed very minute of it. Going in to our 8 week of post hand over we have being going over the house and have yet to fine any flaws, this is a true testament to the quality of build of the supervisor Danny, Lance and his team.

to give us our dream home. All variations we requested were reasonably priced and sometimes even below what we were expecting to pay, especially in comparison to what other major project builders would charge.

The GJ team are a super friendly bunch and always responded to queries or requests in a timely manner - nothing was too difficult. Any issues that were identified were addressed straight away. Lance was always just a phone call away if we had any questions. We were kept up to date with the progress of our build and they even took progress shots at the build milestones and shared these with us via their project tracker. This meant we didn’t need to to drive to the site every weekend to see the progress of our new home.

We are happy with the workmanship of our home and my brother is now building his home with GJ after our recommendation. We would not hesitate to build again with Lance and his team.

The experience throughout the rest of the build experience was equally satisfying. Working with both the customer liaison and site supervisor, Lauren and Craig were professional yet personal, with updates communicated regularly and consistently throughout the entire build process. Site visits/walkthroughs with Craig were frequent and thorough, with some discovered flaws rectified within a day!

Currently still in my 13 week maintenance period, I've been going through the house with a fine toothed comb and am yet to find any glaring flaws, a testament to the superior build quality of the house.

GJ South West has showed me that home building isn't the minefield for the unwary that everyone claims it'd be and I would not hesitate recommending GJ south west to anyone looking for a hassle free build experience!

leave out items like flooring, blinds, landscaping, Lance gave us a complete package and on moving day, the house was completely finished. Together we worked out the details of the build and now, after completing the whole experience, I can say they delivered what they promised - a quality build. The whole team there were so easy to communicate with, always available and willing to work things out.

Sure there were a few hiccups along the way, but the team kept communicating through them. After we moved in, we had a couple of small issues we picked up. Lance sent someone around within 24 hours and it was fixed! We are happy to now be living in a beautiful house that suits our family perfectly.

Lance, we felt very comfortable and confident that we would get a quality home. When the house started, it gained a lot of traction, things were moving great and looked on track early for a quick completion. Weather and other delays hit, but at the end of the day, we are here living it a quality home and enjoying every inch of the place.

We can be honest and say we were not the most patient customers, however, Lance and his team treated us with respect and assured us that they were doing their best to get the house completed and to high standard. When they were not happy with any workmanship, they made sure that it was redone.

thus far, Lance has put in more effort than we could have ever asked for. From the house drawings to council approval to now building the house, he has kept us updated every step of the way, has documented and recalled every detail we have asked for, and has even reminded us of things we may have wanted that we forgot to do!
