Poor Response From GK Strata Manager
At the AGM held on November 2016 in Kingsford, a few concern and queries were raised on some expenditure and repair items which saw the costs jumped from 40% to 70% from previous year. The strata manager Josh Moses could not enlighten the owners present at the AGM on the queries raised and also failed to provide any clarification three months later as promised at the AGM. A few weeks later, as a member of the EC, an email was sent to Josh to seek a few quotes before going ahead on fixing the damaged common court yard but received no response. ...In the same email, another EC member and I suggested that any repair outside the boundary of work contract, we should seek quotes before proceeding with any repair work to safe guard the Body Corporate but receive no response to this date. We are very disappointed with the attitude of "silence is golden". We hope to get better response and cooperation as we need to contain the increasing strata levies even our block consists of forty units which should help to spread the annual maintenance costs.
