As we live over 2 hours away from the car yard, we spoke with Darren over the phone and found him easy to deal with. We took our daughter down to look at the car, and we were impressed from the moment we entered the card yard, the quality of all cars in the yard, the hassle free ease of buying the car. Darren helped me with my purchase of a car.Great customer service felt comfortable as he was not pressuring me to buy.I later found out air con did not work and Darren sent me to their mechanics who fixed the problem and Darren also sorted out all the warranty papers for that everything was was done for me.very happy with my Ford Focus and I would highly recommend Glenns Quality Cars
Hidden issues with car
The car I purchased had several problems which we were not notified of.
After noticing I have tried contacting car company several times and have had zero response.
I was an extremely easy purchaser for them and when I did need a little follow up for problems the company has washed their hands

Couldn’t be happier
After looking for cars at 4 different car yards on the weekend, I can honestly say I bought from Glenn’s Quality Cars because of how helpful the sales guys were. They went above and beyond answering every question I had, they weren’t pushy, offered me a test drive, and thoroughly went through everything in the warranty with me. I’m loving my new car, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car!
I went there Sunday 15/7/18 at 3pm $18500 in the bank ready to spend, unfortunately no sales staff came out to tell me the prices of these cars because everything was advertised on finance packages which I wasn’t after pretty poor for a second hand dealer I bought somewhere else 48 hours later, I have no doubt they are a good team though.
Really Bad Customer Service
I purchased a 2012 RAV4 from Glenn's Quality Cars, when we went to pick up the car it failed the safety check and we were not able to take it home, they delivered the car to my home a few days later while I was at work and left the keys in the letterbox, I was so excited when I got home to see my new pre loved car parked in my driveway but my excitement did not last long, the radio did not work at all neither did the twin DVD players in the back of the front head rests, I phoned them immediately and was told I could take the car to Toyota to ha...ve it repaired and they would reimburse me, Toyota told me that there was no way that they could not see that the radio wires were completely severed when they repaired the speed sensor, they also told me that the DVD players were after market and they could not repair it, ithis car also came with just one key nothing else, despite phone calls and emails to this company I still have not been reimbursed or contacted by them. I am out of pocket $610.00 and I still do not have working DVD players in my car, every time my little grandson is in my car he says wiggles dvd nanny and I have to tell him sorry honey they don't work, not a lot of money but no contact from them at all is absolutely disgusting Service to a customer.

Details of your problem
I brought my Nissan navara on 17/03/2017 it's a great car but having clutch issues / thrust race bearing I've had checked needs repaired I've had 3 mechanics look at it and have been told not to drive it the 2.5 hours back to dealer and on inspection they found couple oil leaks and central looking not working properly. The car seemed to lag blow a lot of smoke up hills it had way too much oil in it about 3/4 inch to much which was the issue....
