Ordered and paid for two caps/hats online and only received one. Have tried to make contact via email, phone and Facebook no no avail, no one has gotten back to me. Do not buy from this company!!

Would shop here if I need something
Sold me a product when it was sold out which was so disappointing. Other than that they have great sales which I like. I feel like there clothes have gone down in quality.
Great service, good quality products
I ordered four T-shirts, which had to be shipped interstate.
Customer service reps asked a question I had quickly, the shirts arrived a day early, and I am very happy with their cut and quality.

Overall, the quality of support I have received is extremely appalling. I could be easily confused for thinking Glue dont have a coordinated system for managing customer service. But then again, I dont really know which is worst when reflecting back on my overall experience: 1. Glues online system which isnt up-to-date with the current Australia post systems or recognising not everyone lives in a house to receive mail, 2. Glue loosing my parcel in the mail, 3. Glue saying they would express post my lost mail once they found it but never did, 4.... Glue ignoring my emails on where to re-send my parcel, 5. Glue sending me two different pairs of white Superga shoes which were in the same box, 6. Glue failing to notify me when they had received my return parcel, 7. Glue ignoring the four emails I sent over the course of the week to get an update on my refund after passing the 7 business days of my receiving my returned item, 8. the subtle attitude I got from customer service when explaining my issues with Glue, 9. Glue failing to acknowledge their poor Customers Service and just saying Im sorry for the unnecessary and lastly lucky 10. the nerve of Glue to keep sending me emails asking about my rating of your customer service.
Bad customer service and slow shipping
I ordered two items using express shipping which is supposed to come in 1-3 days. I got an email saying they would arrive separately. That's fine, as long as I get what i bought right? WRONG. i received this $6 item in like one day wow but i have been waiting for more than a week for the $40 dollar item like gtho . this is crap. They aren't even sending me emails to say if its on the way. is it lost, is it out of stock? what happened? Where is the communication? and their customer service is so slow ive been waiting for so long just for a respo...nse. If its lost, give me my money back, if its not, send it to me what is going on this is so dumb. December 28th 2019 Update: im mad once again Hey guys!!1 so i posted a review like three weeks ago saying how it was so fustrating that it hasnt come yet. MY DAMN ORDER HASNT COME IN EXACTLY A MONTH. honestly do not recommend glue store especially during big sales. waste of my time and money
Fast Shipping Service
Glue Store Online has a variety of products to choose from for both male and female. I ordered at 7pm approximately on the 21st August and got the parcel shipped the very next day the 22nd August. They use Australia post for delivery, I live in the Southwestern suburbs of Sydney NSW and I received my items on the 23rd August. So it was very quick, but its probably dependent on where you are located and on how busy the warehouse is with packing orders, unless they are very efficient, which is a great thing, because there are other online stores ...that do not ship the very next day. However, for the Glue Store the online service is great. The online store is easy to navigate, they have online chat which is convenient for swift customer service and prices of products are the same as other stores selling a duplicate copy of the exact same item. The quality of the items purchased online, well my items were in good condition and looked the same as the online images of the product. Overall great products with efficient shipping service.
Website is easily navigated with very quick shipping times. I don't think twice about shopping from Glue, they have a huge range that varies in affordability. My order fits perfectly!

Bought a track pants champion brand not worth the price very very poor quality. Customer service extremely bad sales person was ok but area manager was giving suggestions without looking on the problem on phone to invest more to buy product a razer. Its a present from my son for mothers day
Return process is a big issue!
I bought a pair of socks online and they came to me with the security tag on them. Rang them the first time and they asked me to send it back to them and they’d express it straight back to me. About 2 weeks later they still hadn’t arrived, called them for the second and they were sitting on their desk, hadn’t even sent them off yet. Then they told me they’d express it to me for the second time and send me an email of the tracking number. Never received that email with the tracking number and over a week later I still hadn’t received my socks. Called them for a third time and I’m still unsatisfied with the service. Nothing has been resoveld yet and haven’t been compensated for this ridiculous amount of following up I’ve had to do.

I ordered 3 jumpers on the store's web site and then I received a notice to come to pick up the goods when I arrived, the staff said I would get 2 first and 1 left because the store was over so I will accept it next time. Because I trusted the store, I didn't open my bag at that time until I left the store and I only had one. I went back to the store to ask right away but the staff said it was online and they didn't know about it then I sent an email to the store and they told me that their website was Overload and they will give me the answer as soon as possible. But this afternoon, when I received the mail to receive the other shirt, I asked about the shirt the previous day but when I sent the mail, I could not send the message with the phone. I feel very disappointed about the store's service and I hope to receive a satisfactory answer from the store soon.
