Glue sent me the wrong size shoes and no reply from customer service after 2 days.
Ended up having to return in-store. They don't even provide reply paid envelope.
Zero customer service. Bad experience. Not going back.
Got the wrong shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes. Shipping took 2 weeks and once got the shoes they were the complete wrong shoes. Then found out the shoes I ordered weren’t in stock
Would shop here if I need something
Sold me a product when it was sold out which was so disappointing. Other than that they have great sales which I like. I feel like there clothes have gone down in quality.
Absolute Worst Customer Service Ever
Ordered two pairs of Slides for Christmas present. Only received one pair instead of two pairs.
They didn't even have a decency to advise me they ran out of stock until I received half of the order. Once I asked where my other pair were, they just sent me an email saying they've ran out and processed the refunds. I even requested that they send different color of the same Slides which was denied as well.
Now I can't buy anything that'll be delivered before Christmas. I hope they go down very soon.
Incompetence at its finest
I ordered a pair of shoes from Glue on the 28/11/19 - the item was dispatched reasonably quickly however, upon receiving the package the box was basically tattered and contained a completely different pair of shoes to the one I ordered. I contacted support shortly after, who first asked me to travel from south east Sydney to either Parramatta or the CBD (a 1.5+ hr return journey via public transport) to a store that had stock, so that I would receive my goods before Christmas - and refused to send stock to a store near my residence. I told the ...agent that this was unacceptable, to which she said she would provide a return label and express post the correct pair of shoes as soon as she saw movement on my tracking number. Two weeks, several phone calls to support (which by the way, just ring out), and three emails later I finally manage to contact support who tell me that my shoes have been returned and processed but the replacement pair were never sent. The second support agent told me that if I wanted the gift before Christmas I would need to travel into Parramatta or the CBD - again, a 1.5+ hr return journey minimum via public transport - and that she would not send stock to a store closer to my house for me to pick up. Yes, it is a busy time of year, and yes, mistakes do happen... but here I am, almost an entire month later and two days out from Christmas with no gift to put under the tree and no effort made to reconcile the string of mistakes made on their end. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere, as judging by the way they have handled this, Glue clearly do not value their customers or their return business. One word: unacceptable.
Overrated and underwhelming. Buy it somewhere else
Bought an item on Nov 30. Not a single piece of communication from Gluestore between then and today, Dec 16, when they cancel the order and tell me they're very sorry but they are out of stock. Basic rule for anybody providing an online sales channel - Get your inventory updating properly and don't sell stock you can't deliver. Their solution was to offer me a 30% off code with an expiry in 7 days from now. Wow.
Keep looking elsewhere - avoid at all costs!
Overall, the quality of support I have received is extremely appalling. I could be easily confused for thinking Glue dont have a coordinated system for managing customer service. But then again, I dont really know which is worst when reflecting back on my overall experience: 1. Glues online system which isnt up-to-date with the current Australia post systems or recognising not everyone lives in a house to receive mail, 2. Glue loosing my parcel in the mail, 3. Glue saying they would express post my lost mail once they found it but never did, 4.... Glue ignoring my emails on where to re-send my parcel, 5. Glue sending me two different pairs of white Superga shoes which were in the same box, 6. Glue failing to notify me when they had received my return parcel, 7. Glue ignoring the four emails I sent over the course of the week to get an update on my refund after passing the 7 business days of my receiving my returned item, 8. the subtle attitude I got from customer service when explaining my issues with Glue, 9. Glue failing to acknowledge their poor Customers Service and just saying Im sorry for the unnecessary and lastly lucky 10. the nerve of Glue to keep sending me emails asking about my rating of your customer service.
Bad customer service and slow shipping
I ordered two items using express shipping which is supposed to come in 1-3 days. I got an email saying they would arrive separately. That's fine, as long as I get what i bought right? WRONG. i received this $6 item in like one day wow but i have been waiting for more than a week for the $40 dollar item like gtho . this is crap. They aren't even sending me emails to say if its on the way. is it lost, is it out of stock? what happened? Where is the communication? and their customer service is so slow ive been waiting for so long just for a respo...nse. If its lost, give me my money back, if its not, send it to me what is going on this is so dumb. Poor customer experience after website stocking mishap
I ordered a Crumpler bag online during the black friday sales event this year, which was listed as in stock. I was informed by customer service the following Wednesday that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock and that the website's stock levels were delayed during the sales event, so it was actually not in stock at the time of purchase. I was disappointed as I could have purchased this bag on sale elsewhere had I known that it was out of stock. I asked Glue Store customer service for compensation due to missing out on the sale event a...nd they declined, stating that I had received my refund which I should be satisfied with. Amy from customer service did not seem keen to reach any sort of compromise, but I am not sure if this is her perogative or a directive from her boss. Disappointingly a poor service all round.
Absolute DISGRACE of a company. NEVER AGAIN.
Spent $500 - received $40 reward, spent $40 reward online along with $80 of my own money to purchase a jacket for $120, it was the incorrect size. Took into store to exchange and they didnt have the size nor did they have another single jacket in the company to exchange for ANY size at all.
I was told they would refund my $80 and i would lose my $40 rewards, i then asked if i could exchange for something else in the store and was told no. The only way i could keep my rewards was to exchange for the exact same jacket for another size which they ...
Glue refund policy
Glue stores business structure is terrible. Their refund process is the absolute worse and the company should become aware of how they are ripping customers off. Will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service. Sent me a completely incorrect item, when I contacted them it took far too long to get a reply. They asked me to send the incorrect item back so they could exchange it for the right one. I had to specifically ask them to check if they had the item I ordered left in stock at which point they told me they had sold out store wide. I was eventually able to get a refund after a lot of back and forth. Reading these reviews I can see I'm one of many people that have been sent the incorrect items, I understand mistakes do happen every now and again but this appears far too often, with no processes being put in place to fix the problem. Will not be ordering from Glue Store again.

I ordered 3 jumpers on the store's web site and then I received a notice to come to pick up the goods when I arrived, the staff said I would get 2 first and 1 left because the store was over so I will accept it next time. Because I trusted the store, I didn't open my bag at that time until I left the store and I only had one. I went back to the store to ask right away but the staff said it was online and they didn't know about it then I sent an email to the store and they told me that their website was Overload and they will give me the answer as soon as possible. But this afternoon, when I received the mail to receive the other shirt, I asked about the shirt the previous day but when I sent the mail, I could not send the message with the phone. I feel very disappointed about the store's service and I hope to receive a satisfactory answer from the store soon.
