Rude, racist, verbally abusive scammers
I wouldn't recommend go easy to anyone, they have very poor customer service and their staff are heaps rude and racist. The so called manager is equally rude and takes his colleagues' side and never asks for the customer's side of the story. When I spoke to them, they used racial remarks and derogatory language. Can't believe they are trying to take advantage of me and rip me off nearly $800. I purchased a treadmill sometime in May and my order was never delivered to date. When I tried following up with them, they kept going in circles and gi...ving me conditions and threats about my refund. I was told that in order for me to get my money back I had to remove my reviews and put it in writing that I would never leave a bad a review about them. One of the ladies whom I spoke to was extremely verbally abusive and taking full advantage that she had my money. I'm really upset and wouldn't recommend this fraudulent website to anyone. These people need to be exposed for their appalling behavior and public awareness is detrimental to stop them from scamming other innocent buyers out there. Such a shame they assumed that I do not know my rights as a consumer in Australia. Their business is family owned and run by unprofessional people who lack empathy and use condescending language over the phone. I was threatened that if I didn't make an effort to remove my reviews, I would not get my refund. Seriously, how pathetic is that. Too bad they came for the wrong one and I will never allow anyone to treat me in an inhuman way. These people have a lot of bad reviews and I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the positive reviews here were transcribed by them. I am extremely disappointed with the abuse I have been subjected to. Sadly, my husband and I had purchased that treadmill for our small organisation that supports underprivileged adolescent Sudanese suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. We support them through free training sessions for their mental and psychological well being and to keep them off the streets where they can be tempted to commit crime. It's disheartening that the very same people whom we entrusted with our money to develop our small organisation are letting us down and refusing to give us our refund. Go easy we need a fair go from you !! Your customer service is not reflective of Australian values. To all buyers out there, if you're reading this review, save yourself from disappointment. These people are extremely rude and will rip you off. They never accept accountability and always hang up on you when you seek clarification.

Avoid at all costs - Very VERY poor customer service and rubbish products
I purchased some weights from these guys and within a few days they started to crack, They blamed my use when it was not from my use. Just cheap and poor quality products. Ive asked for a refund, REFUSED. Now been waiting over 3 weeks to get the item returned so I can get a new one ( Which I dont want ) Making it almost impossible for me to get my money back or a new product. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. Over priced products, poor customer service and absolute rubbish. Do not use this company, unless you like being treated poorly!! TERRIBLE
Well I think customer service was very decent Rose was very polite and very professional they did send me wrong item I called ROSE AND once item was picked up the correct item was dispatched straight away I would definitely do business again with go easy cheers ROSE
Worst company to deal with.
This company (Go Easy) sold me a product that was meant to be in stock and would arrive within 5 days. 3 weeks later and it still has not arrived. When it did arrive the delivery company (Blue star) had damaged the treadmill. Now the company will not replace or refund my money.
Really poor after sales when problems - no care factor - just rude
Bought a bike. Had problems with it out of the box. (On factory assembled parts) Really poor communication, absolutely no care factor with respect to advice or guidance to fix.
Managed to get on the phone, they were rude, challenging and unhelpful. Constantly trying to talk over me. DO NOT BUY FROM "OLD SCHOOL BMX" or "GO EASY". Honestly, up there with the worst after sales and buying experiences I have ever had. Will be following up.
Dont waste your money or time
All I can say is do not buy anything from this company save your money it will save you from dealing with unreasonable people and wasting time on trying to fix their problems.Worst customer service I have ever had regardless of who you deal with they are all extremely rude and talk over you
Crap online bike shop - wrong item posted - poor replacement service!
Slow delivery and then when it arrived there was the wrong picked part.
After three days of waiting for an answer they refuse to send me the correct purchased part until the incorrect item is posted back. So days more will be added to the whole process and I now I have zero faith I will receive anything back.
Pathetic service and unethical.
I will never deal with them again. Plenty of of ethical bikes shops out there. Goodbye GoEasy & OldschoolBMX
Pending Class Action Against Go Easy
Go easy have been selling cheap motor bikes and not coming through with the warranty. There are about 30 separate cases on here alone. I just brought a bike and its had a defect with the gear box. They just refuse to help in any way.

They dont stand behind the products they sell
Bought a E scooter for $1500 late September 2019 and it broke within a week. They told me to send it back to distributor which I did. I was promised a new scooter by the distributor and they are now reneging on this. Go Easy refuse to refund my purchase price or send a new replacement to me and currently I am left high and dry with nothing by a dodgy distributor (Freestyle Distribution) that has my old Scooter and a pathetic retailer (go easy) who wont stand up for my consumer rights. So I will never touch either company again and have notified...ACCC of what has happened. After 2 weeks I finally had scooter returned and apparently repaired but when I got it out of the box the rear wheel was so tight it would not move when pushed. When I took it for a short ride to see if it loosened up, the brake cable snapped within minutes and I was lucky not to have been seriously hurt or killed. I am suspicious that the Distributors deliberately sabotaged my scooter for payback for the trouble I was causing them. Please people be careful with this company and dont risk your money or your life.
