Bought 125cc motorbike on pre order early October for my kids Christmas present. I was told it would arrive late October. I called early November as I hadn’t received it. They said there was a delay & will be there in around 2 weeks. Called again late November. They said its close but still have not arrived. I called again 10th December. They said the bike just arrived & will post asap express so it arrives before Christmas. Sadly the bike did not arrive until Jan 5th. Terrible customer service the entire time. Blame covid. Blame courier. Couri...er blame covid, blame Christmas. What a joke. At one point my bike arrived in qld then several days later the courier sent it back to Melbourne. Ruined our Christmas camping trip, my kids ended up with a photo of their Christmas gift instead of the gift. Package damaged on arrival. Assembled correctly & fuel was leaking. Absolutely rubbish. Regret not checking reviews first.
Rude, racist, verbally abusive scammers
I wouldn't recommend go easy to anyone, they have very poor customer service and their staff are heaps rude and racist. The so called manager is equally rude and takes his colleagues' side and never asks for the customer's side of the story. When I spoke to them, they used racial remarks and derogatory language. Can't believe they are trying to take advantage of me and rip me off nearly $800. I purchased a treadmill sometime in May and my order was never delivered to date. When I tried following up with them, they kept going in circles and gi...ving me conditions and threats about my refund. I was told that in order for me to get my money back I had to remove my reviews and put it in writing that I would never leave a bad a review about them. One of the ladies whom I spoke to was extremely verbally abusive and taking full advantage that she had my money. I'm really upset and wouldn't recommend this fraudulent website to anyone. These people need to be exposed for their appalling behavior and public awareness is detrimental to stop them from scamming other innocent buyers out there. Such a shame they assumed that I do not know my rights as a consumer in Australia. Their business is family owned and run by unprofessional people who lack empathy and use condescending language over the phone. I was threatened that if I didn't make an effort to remove my reviews, I would not get my refund. Seriously, how pathetic is that. Too bad they came for the wrong one and I will never allow anyone to treat me in an inhuman way. These people have a lot of bad reviews and I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the positive reviews here were transcribed by them. I am extremely disappointed with the abuse I have been subjected to. Sadly, my husband and I had purchased that treadmill for our small organisation that supports underprivileged adolescent Sudanese suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. We support them through free training sessions for their mental and psychological well being and to keep them off the streets where they can be tempted to commit crime. It's disheartening that the very same people whom we entrusted with our money to develop our small organisation are letting us down and refusing to give us our refund. Go easy we need a fair go from you !! Your customer service is not reflective of Australian values. To all buyers out there, if you're reading this review, save yourself from disappointment. These people are extremely rude and will rip you off. They never accept accountability and always hang up on you when you seek clarification.

I purchased some weights from these guys and within a few days they started to crack, They blamed my use when it was not from my use. Just cheap and poor quality products. Ive asked for a refund, REFUSED. Now been waiting over 3 weeks to get the item returned so I can get a new one ( Which I dont want ) Making it almost impossible for me to get my money back or a new product. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. Over priced products, poor customer service and absolute rubbish. Do not use this company, unless you like being treated poorly!! TERRIBLE
Worst company to deal with.
This company (Go Easy) sold me a product that was meant to be in stock and would arrive within 5 days. 3 weeks later and it still has not arrived. When it did arrive the delivery company (Blue star) had damaged the treadmill. Now the company will not replace or refund my money.

This business is not only unprofessional but they send you wrong parts and are extremely difficult to deal with. Rose would have to be one of the rudest lady’s I have ever come across in customer service. Think twice before you use these people!
I went to perth quad bikes, big mistake
iask the guy about parts for a chinese quad and when he finished laughing he then started to put me down by telling me he doesn't have that crap in his shop, tjen a co worker told me to look for parts at a shire verg pick up. Iam going to tell everyone i can to take there business elsewhere and how rude and nasty they are.
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Go easy what a joke they robbed me it has been 2 weeks still no items they take your money fairly quick then they will not speak to me. They also trade as GMX motorbikes buyer beware worst company in Australia.
Ordered some bar weight grips in conjunction with a barbell and plates on 07/04/2020. Grips delivered separately as barbell and plates remained out of stock. Numerous delayed timeframes of delivery provided. After contacting them after the final missed timeframe, I arranged for a refund. I was charged $73 for the weight grips ($25 item and $48 delivery). I would have never agreed to the delivery of this item, knowing that I would be forced to pay close to double their worth in shipping. When I contacted them about this issue I was advised that “there was nothing they could do”. Even the operator conceded the concept of that purchase is ridiculous, but was unable to rectify it. Really?
Extremely poor service and Product wasn't delivered.
Ordered and item from this website that was listed as in stock. After my purchase received an email saying my order has not been dispatched and has been delayed. The only email available was a automated email you can not contact them on. There webchat has hours upon hours of wait time with no result. Tried multiple times calling the business and no one ever answered. Luckily I paid Via PayPal and I have filed a case to get my money back.
Poor customer service
I have ordered twice from this company and both times received extremely poor customer service. Last time the product arrived long after it was expected and i had difficulty contacting them. This time I ordered an “in stock” product for pickup, left a message with a staff member (no reply a week later), was advised by email that the product was delayed by 5 days and then when I finally managed to contact someone was told that it hadn’t been in stock for a long time and it would be at least six weeks’ wait. I was told that I had missed the “pre ...order” image on the website. I did not. I also found their online chat incredibly slow and not very responsive to the question asked. I cancelled my order and will take my business elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Really poor after sales when problems - no care factor - just rude
Bought a bike. Had problems with it out of the box. (On factory assembled parts) Really poor communication, absolutely no care factor with respect to advice or guidance to fix.
Managed to get on the phone, they were rude, challenging and unhelpful. Constantly trying to talk over me. DO NOT BUY FROM "OLD SCHOOL BMX" or "GO EASY". Honestly, up there with the worst after sales and buying experiences I have ever had. Will be following up.
Broken product received.
We received a faulty GMX quad which Go Easy will not replace or refund . We were send one replacement part which was broken in the box when we opened it! Please don’t waste your money!!!!
Don't waste your time
Really disappointed I did not conduct a review before ordering. Ordered 6 kettlebells although only received 1 and received a post landmine which I did not order. Received 1/6 items.

Ordered a bike from them over a month ago, 23rd November and still don't have it. Was a Christmas present for my Son and today is Christmas eve and they called me for the first time ever and all they did was lie to me. They rip you off, they don't reply to continuing emails I have sent. I have taking this to the Department of fair trading and have already reported them to the ACC. Disgusting business and all they do is lie.
They have ripped off many customers, do not trust them. Look at all their reviews and do not trust them. Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated.

Crap online bike shop - wrong item posted - poor replacement service!
Slow delivery and then when it arrived there was the wrong picked part.
After three days of waiting for an answer they refuse to send me the correct purchased part until the incorrect item is posted back. So days more will be added to the whole process and I now I have zero faith I will receive anything back.
Pathetic service and unethical.

Just Sloppy - Bad Service
I Ordered a Scooter from them last on 20/10/2019. After a week oh earning noting I started following up from Toll where is my delivery. Toll had no idea what I am talking about as Go Easy Never uploaded the manifest to there system. So this was sitting in Toll warehouse for almost 2 weeks. After not getting anywhere with Rude Rose as she talks over me the entire time, I asked to cancel this order as they don't know where this item is now. I asked her to ask her manager to call me. SO I received an email from Darren sitting that they will locate...the item and refund me asap. Last week Friday still no word. I emailed today and Darren said they will take 10% shipping fee when I cancel. So I must pay for there sloppy work and not doing there Job and waiting for 3 weeks for online order. I reported them to the AFCA just feel why I need to be charged for this. I won't recommend anyone buy from them at all.
Pending Class Action Against Go Easy
Go easy have been selling cheap motor bikes and not coming through with the warranty. There are about 30 separate cases on here alone. I just brought a bike and its had a defect with the gear box. They just refuse to help in any way.
