Stay away from GO homes BGC
We choose Go home because I know the salesman personally and promised to build the house within the year, signed the contract November 2020, everything was ok up to the pre stat then stated delay.... delay .... delay ..... lies ..... telling reasons Covid.... supply chain .... brick layers, received letter for 160 days, it's very frustrating, we are paying interest for the land and the progress payment and the rent for our house, they made us nearly bankrupt, don't know when they are going to finish our house, please please stay away from BGC.

BGC is very Bad Building Company
This Company is very Bad first they sign Contracts and shows lots of inclusions and give you best price better than all other Competitors just to get you signed agreement but after that they charge you more money and never give the House completion date.We and most of other Clients of BGC Companies are all been placed in miserable situation due to the poor management and pure greed of this Company where clients waited or still waiting for over 9-12 months for Bricklayer to start,7 months plus for roof works start and same or more wait times on ...

Worst Builder in WA-BGC GO Homes
Latest update April 2022: After sending notice of extension for contract time-frame for over 6 months in Feb now they sent me another letter for extension of Contract time-frame for more 90 days. This Company is the worse and this Build process is only getting more painful day by day. Please stay away they will destroy your peaceful life or will make you go Bankrupt.

A job well done deserves recognition
I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I am motivated to comment due to the five star experience with Jatin of Go Homes. He has been excellent from the start - when I thought of building my house till the current slab down stage. Looking forward to completing my house soon.

Hope it's worth the wait..........
I commenced with the building process in September 2019, and I experienced all the usual ghosting, non-communications, incompetent drafting personnel, many promises, even more apologies, and very low delivery. My slab finally went down in February 2021, and it was unbelievably shockinly bad! I am only just now up to roof timbers on, so after nearly 2.5 years I still have a long way to go! New supervisor seems great, but industry and supply delays are now coming into the picture, due to the incredible delays with Go Homes between each stage. I s...

Very Happy Customer Currently in Construction Phase
I can only comment on prestart stage as we have just moved into Construction, but we have been INCREDIBLY happy with the service we have received. JT has been phenomenal, his communication has been open, honest & factual, taking us through everything and has answered every question we have had. We haven't had one complaint! We didn't receive any building grants so working within a budget was very important to us and JT worked with us to make sure what we wanted was within the budget. To add the cherry on top he has great banter and always has a smile on his face!! You the best JT thank you!!
Hi Emily,

In simple words never ever go GO Homes & BGC.
Never go with GO Homes & BGC.
They will do one year slab down, next year Bricks works....so on means if you would like you start your home now and your grand children will move in then you can choose GO Homes and BGC.
They have always nonsense excuses.
In simple words never ever go GO Homes.

Great Customer Service and communication from a solid construction company
Like many people, I decided to build my house and take advantage of the various initiatives and grants on offer by the government. This meant that the market was super saturated and a lot of demand for good service. I was originally going to go with another builder but the quality of service was not up to the standard I expected. I wanted to get a second opinion and approached Jathin Pithia (JT). JT was honest from the start and gave me realistic timelines and costs. It was due to his professionalism that I decided to change builders and go wit...
Read moreh Go Homes. Given the widespread delays across the sector, Go Homes have been highly communicative and transparent on the progress of my house. I can only comment on the pre stage of the construction but that worked out really well, the new BGC homes in Osbourne Park is great and gave me a good idea of how I wanted my house to look. I feel supported so far through the process and I'm looking forward how the build continues to progress. Big thanks once again to JT for his hard work and professionalism throughout.Hi Gavril D,

(BGC) Go Homes = STAY AWAY
So you've Googled 'Go Homes', your thinking of building with them after being enticed by their prices and designs.... Short review STAY AWAY!!!
Go Homes starts the process with poise and blew most of the competitors away with their pricing and inclusions, please heed my warning and stay away from them, from what I have seen first hand the quality is good without complains by friends who have used them on the finished product,

Terrible Company
One of the worst company to deal with.
Building house with them.
I am very unhappy.
I signed PWA in April 2020 everything was finalize. But after signing the PWA they started giving me shocks one after the other . I am building home first time so I did not have much experience about the building companies. In the first 12 months , they were keep compressing my home design.
When signed papers house price was different, but after 6 months suddenly they gave me a new price for the new building contract which was increased by $16000. They played t...
Read morehe trick and cheated me. I flighted with them to issue the contract otherwise I still struggle to get contract out . They were keep pushing my file behind and Go homes manager switched off his phone and never replied my emails in this period of time. This is how they treat with their clients. After 4 months of signing the contract, they again reduce the alfresco size without asking me. I was scared they are keep decreasing my house size without asking me and increasing price. I do not know how much time they will take to build my house. Do not build with them. There are so many good building companies in the market they will charge you little bit extra money but they build your quality home and on time. The reviewer stated that an incentive was offered for this review

Slow Building
We are up to week 36 of our build and we haven’t even reach lock up yet. It’s so frustrating watching all these other BGC and Go Homes builds that are going faster then ours. Our slab was poured December 2020.
When we had our plate high meeting (9-6-21) the site Supervisor said the roof would be on in two weeks and he anticipated that we would be moving in late September early October(depending on delays)!
Well The roof went on 5-8-21 and we haven’t even reached lock up! (15-8-21) when I emailed to say when lock up with be the response was en...

House of horrors
Well it took 10 months for the slab down the bricklayer started 5 weeks ago as he was laying the bricks I mentioned about the flashing /damp course termite barrier , I also emailed Go Homes about it but never had a reply. Now they are cutting the bricks out of the bottom row of a 31 course high wall 24 meters long. This is absolutely heartbreaking, The garage door was to low which has been rectified they haven’t installed the tie down rods in the garage. I have had to go to a building inspector now to get a report 5 weeks the bricklayer has bee...
Read moren here and we haven’t got half of a 3x2 on a cottage block built yet. I can only warn you to stay well away from this bunch of thieves $285.000 of heart breaking misery an update they are going to pull the wall down we checked the other side the damp course is 6 courses high so the half a house that’s taken 5 weeks to build half of that half is now going to be pulled down, they put all the bricks back in but only put the flashing at the ends were you can see it somebody broke holes in the wall guess what no flashing. This company has cost us thousands and they don’t give a crap /30th June We will hand you over a beautiful house they told me that went to the tip well it doesn’t get any better I paid for an upgrade to the 3 toilets but now they are not available any more so I have to accept the toilets they are providing I’ve been told they are the standard ones but I paid for the upgrade but won’t get a credit. 24 July well they built the two pillars on the front of the house at 390mm then they realised that they should be 490mm so they wrapped another skin of bricks on them so when it gets rendered it will crack not only that but they are miles out of square check photos.we thought when we got to construction it would be easier but no the greed driven salesman with his lies deception and incompetence has cost us thousands .My neighbour kindly let this lot remove the fence and put up a temporary one as we are building on the boundary SIX MONTHS AGO I can understand why he is not impressed every time the wind gets up it’s flapping and banging, But does GO Homes care I don’t think soQuestions & Answers

What is the meaning of your 6+ months time frame to get the brickwork done?
Can you please explain because I don't seem to get an answer when I ask the "right person".
