great for interest free purchasing but as a credit card the interest is high so wouldn’t recommend it as a credit card

You need a lot of points to be able to use the reward system, so it’s not really worth it if you want a card with a good rewards. 20,000 points for a $100 item is pretty poor.

Found using my card overseas uncomplicated. I generally redeem my rewards for gift cards which I find an added bonus . The process for redeeming points is consumer friendly . Any issues or enquires have found customer service staff very helpful.

If you are thinking about utilising this company, don’t. They add money to your account labelling it as ‘billed finance’ with no explanation, I would never, ever recommend this pathetic company.

I have used in overseas it is overall good except the high fees. I am satisfied with ouver all performance. It is accumulating point to redeem and can be redeemed.

Easy to use with no annual fee

It is easy to accumulate points and redeem. I use this card since 2009. Go Mastercard help us for our day to day living expenses with interest free for your appliances purchase.

My Go to Card..

Ive had this card for about 16 years. I pay my card installment before the due date, and ive had no problems at all. If you dont pay on time then you get hit with a late fee, which if you query it and are nice on the phone, it will be removed most times. However, im very rarely late. I have gradually reduced my credit limit over the years, and its a good card for all the interest free purchases.
I love the card and will continue to use it. I paid for a purchase, which turned out to be a scam, i contacted Go, and they gave me my money back after investigating... gotta love that...

Why can’t anyone from latitude answer my phone call about my account I have tried numerous times and been on hold for hours on end And nothing and no repose to my emails ? Who can I contact to hear from them ? The ombudsmen ?

Hi. I tried the other day..they reckoned something about corona virus...pppfffttt..and said calls can be up to an hr wait.

Thanks I have seriously tried over 20 times and been for up to two hours each call . I’ve also emailed them and sent online feedback and enquire and nothing !

Their is a seperate number for Go MasterCard try that I think that is quicker
