Poorest customer service
In the beginning of September 2017 the wok burner from my 16 months old cook top appeared to have problem and caused a very mild explosion. I called their customer service and they organised the technician from their sub contracted appliance service to come over. Eventually the technician found out the problem was caused by a hair line fracture on the ring of the wok burner. He said a new spare part need to be ordered from Victoria. Today is 27 October but my cook top still has not been fixed. I called the appliance service and Goldline but I was treated as a football. I tried to buy Australian made and support the local industry. I am just so grossly disappointed!!!
