Used to be a good insurance cover for over 70. No Australian staff to communicate when booking.
No Australian staff to communicate when booking. Travel insurance for mature age group has seem to have dump it to another company. Prices were fair and reasonable but not any more. Very disappointed. Shows it doesn't award loyalty anymore.
Made payment - no confirmation email!
I entered all my details for six months cover, listing all the countries i would travel to and proceeded to make payment. Once my credit card information was entered i was promptly redirected to their home page. I did not see any form of acceptance or completion of my application. I then expected to get a confirmation email... that never came. I considered the fact it was a Friday and maybe i would not get an email until Monday as they don't work on the weekends, however still nothing. Not only had i entered my credit card, but also personal i...nformation onto this website. I think my concern for who may have access to said information was justified, especially with scams a fraud becoming a major issue for many people. I then decided to call the company, the wait to talk to someone was tolerable, however all the agent could tell me was to check my bank details to see if money had been taken out. She searched for my name and said that i didn't have a policy active with them either. Her only advice was to then go back to the website and try again. I am not sure if i really want to have to deal with the uncertainty again, as well as making me nervous if i do have to claim anything.
- Travel Insurance - Multi Trip
Most disappointing to find that I was forced to buy a new annual multi-trip policy to cover the entire 34 days of my recent holiday, because my annual multi-trip policy was due to expire 2 days before I returned home. Thus my cover was duplicated for 32 days. Good2Go refused to renew my policy from the expiry date. This appears to be an unnecessary rip-off.

Under section G1 (Emergency Expenses) of the Good2Go Multi-Trip International and Domestic Travel Insurance Policy it states that the policy covers ”If your trip is disrupted because of a Natural Disaster”
Could you please define what a ”Natural Disaster” is under the policy and what characteristics of an event are used to define a “Natural Disaster”

Good2Go I have a query regarding your rental vehicle cover. You have an exclusion worded:
Exclusion L3"Loss or damage arising from operation of the Rental Vehicle in violation of the terms of the rental agreement or loss or damage which occurs beyond the limits of any public roadway."
Does that mean that the vehicle isn't covered when it is parked in a private driveway, motel car park, shopping centre car parks or any other off street parking facility?
If you do not provide coverage when vehicles are parked in the above mentioned locations does this mean that we would need to park on the side of a public roadway, even overnight to ensure we are covered for theft and damage?
