I like some products, but overpriced and I received partly full bottle
The first product I ordered from Goodieco was the supercharged trio which I liked. The Black Friday sale was shortly after, so I took a chance and ordered a larger size to take advantage of the discount, as well as a separate order to try some other products. So overall, I have spent a considerable amount of money with these people. I'm still happy with the supercharged trio, but the other products were disappointing and way overpriced (including a body scrub that felt like it contained soap and had something so abrasive that it left me wit...h scratches - I have thrown the rest away). Anyway, my main gripe is that when I received the large supercharged trio, the serum was missing a considerable amount from the bottle. I contacted Goodieco, and they replied that this is "settling" of the product. Umm, you can't send me a partially filled bottle and call it "settling". That is ridiculous, especially for the price they charge. This comes in a brown bottle so it is difficult to tell that the product is missing so much - it's probably intentional. Not happy, and I will think long and hard before ordering again. There are other products out there with similar ingredients for half the price and surely better customer service. I didn't even bother trying to leave a review on their website, as I have read from a number of people that they delete negative reviews.

Horrible customer service & impossible to cancel or exchange orders.
I ordered the wrong set as a Christmas gift and messaged them less than an hour later asking if I could actually purchase the same bundle but with the mask it was included with. In other words, they would have actually received more money for my purchase. I emailed them and they said they would look into it and I even messaged their IG directly and they said they would find out for me but neither of them actually got back to me at all. They shipped my order even after I mentioned it and on top of that I even checked in a second time on their IG...and resent and email, this time never to receive a response at all. I'm extremely upset with their customer service, they even mention time zones could be an interference with a delay in responses, but I don't think a delay in time zones takes a whole 3 days to respond to your customers. I don't think investing this much money into a product is worth the way they provide their customer service, it honestly deterred me from buying more products from them in the future. I might be switching to Bambu Earth considering its less expensive for more products that are also organic. Really wanted to love this company but just not cool at all.
Lost in the post & Goodie Co. don't care - $250 down the drain
I have on online business and occasionally things go missing (often the customers fault), but we suck it up and happily post them replacements products, because we are genuine business that cares about its customers. I was shocked that Goodie Co. just don't give sh*t that my order didn't get to me. The worst experience ever!!!

Terrible Customer Service
Although I loved these products, they are pricey. I thought the expense was justified by the quality of product/results, but the company obviously doesn’t care about their customers or making things right. I purchased two trial sets last September and fell in love. I turned around and bought a full set for myself and another trial set to give as a gift- well over $250 worth of products. When I opened the shipping box, the boxes containing the products looked a little smashed (like it had been dropped and thrown around inside the shipping box) a...nd were soaked from a bottle that had broke and completely leaked out. Both sets were thrown into the shipping box without any packing material. I reached out to customer service asking how I could submit photos of the issue and get a replacement. I was told that I didn’t purchase shipping protection so they would not replace or refund... I didn’t get a “sorry” of any kind, didn’t receive any kind of discount on a replacement purchase, wasn’t asked any questions, and didn’t receive any comment as to why there was no packing material to protect GLASS bottles. This truly wasn’t the carriers mistake, this is all on Goodie... If they properly packaged their fragile products I wouldn’t have had this issue. Shipping insurance is great if you live where packages “get lost” frequently or when you’re shipping items that aren’t easily replaced. I don’t think shipping insurance should be mandatory to offset a company’s carelessness when it comes to properly protecting their products/package. Goodie: start using packing paper, foam peanuts, air pillows, SOMETHING - or risk losing more customers. Bonus points if you train your customer service agents to empathize a little bit.
Worst products I have used on my face.
The worst thing I did for my skin was buy these products. Bought the products just for a new routine. After 3 weeks. I had burning rosacea on my cheeks which I’ve never had before in my life, then I stopped using Goodieco and the rosacea left. I emailed the company with my concern and pictures and was rudely told it’s not our fault go see a dermatologist! Even my doctor said to stop using the products as she could see my skin was drying out and getting irritated.
The delete bad reviews
Ok... so I left a 2star review on the website as a verified buyer because I didn’t like the product at all and I think it’s no good! I went on the website today and find my review magically disappeared! The reviews are all positive and 5stars again...
The oil doesn’t clean properly, the serum cakes makeup and texture being so thick and sticky etc! It might be working for other people but is not working for me....

Horrible customer care
I accidentally placed an order for a wrong trio unsuitable for my skin. I emailed the customer care within 15 minutes of placing the order but didn't receive any response. And today I discovered they completely ignored my request and shipped the wrong product. Total wate of 230 dollars
Made skin worse
I’ve never had acne before but I have acne now after using goodieco. I understand that your skin purges after the 1st couple of weeks. But I got 4-5 pimples everyday, and they were the really big painful ones. I used the product for almost 8 weeks and my skin is absolutely ruined. It did clear up my whiteheads on my nose and chin. So some good news I suppose. All I saw was good reviews, but I’m thinking it’s is their staff and fake reviews.
I normally don't write reviews on products but I was fooled by this brand as it had so many 4 and 5 star reviews on their website. I then realised that when I wanted to write a review it said that it had to be approved which means that they're deleting anything that's not a 4 or 5 star reviews. That is terrible!
I gave it a 2 star because the products actually made my skin worse than what it was before I started with the products. I stupidly used them for 2 months as the customer representative told me that my skin would go through a purge and...
It ruined my face
I've purchased the supercharged trio a month ago and I am extremely disappointed with the results. I have mixed skin which tends to get very dry or very oily in different spots and I was so happy thinking I finally found something that could work for me. I've waited few weeks before writing a review to give the product a chance to prove me wrong, but the longer I waited the worst it got. After 2-3 weeks I started developing acne (never had it before) and my pores got larger and darker. Don't trust them, you'll end up wasting $300 and ruining your skin.
Horrible prices, horrible product and horrible customer service
Prices were entirely too expensive, rude customer service ignores their customers and the products DO NOT WORK. Gave me cystic acne and the company would not accept an UNOPENED return.

What a shame!
I really want to enjoy this products after I saw all the good reviews on FB. However, the supercharged trio just didn't work. It tended to dry out my sensitive and dehydrated skin even drier, and turned out to breakout more. It's ok to buy it online without returning. I wasn't even going to ask for return. I posted couple comments and questions on their FB, and got blocked. I have never seen people do their business and costumer service like this! And that is exactly why people only see good reviews on their social media. I emailed to their costumer service, never get any response. Their products are not cheap, so be aware! Buy on your own risk.
No option for zero stars
I was so excited to try this product based on all the amazing reviews. I've had acne for my entire life and the reviews all said their acne had reduced dramatically in just a week or two. Mine just got worse, so much so that my dermatologist told me to stop using the product. I tried contacting this company through FB and they never got back to me. I tried replying to comments on their ads where they were actively promoting and telling them I wished to return the product. I messaged them once again through FB messenger and was blocked form thei...r page and from commenting on their ads. I was also blocked on their IG after tagging them to show people how shady they are. BUYER BEWARE! Any company that deletes bad reviews and blocks customers is NO company to do business with.
Not worth the money and untrustworthy.
I bought the pack for oily skin and was excited to get started because of all the positive reviews. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and have seen no change in my skin whatsoever. The products are very very pricey and I don’t think they are worth the money.
The cleanser advises that it takes off all makeup but that’s not true. If I go in with my Clarisonic after using the oil cleanser there is still quite a bit of makeup left over. The bright oil and dream serum are nothing special aslile I said I have seen no change in my skin. T...

I really want to try this product but the bad reviews have me really concerned. I don’t want to waste money on a product only to find that I can’t get a refund. I am also curious as to how the company can say that one reviewer was online bullying and yet their response on her review was pretty defamatory also...
Yes, that response was a worry, wasn’t it, I read that before ordering and it almost put me off. Personally, if I were you, I’d wait for a sale and get the trio best suited to your skin and make up your own mind, it’s a great set for me, I’m 39 and I use the nourishing trio, and I feel this is a great base for skincare routine. Sign up for emails and get the trio at a good price, that will minimise the risk... but be prepared, risk is involved I’m afraid. Good luck!
