Placed order on 29th Dec 2021 and received Order # after order completion. No confirmation email. Searching their Order Status returns no results (includes "If you recently made a purchase, please allow two hours for our system to process it."). Attempts to contact via online forms are met with silence, days/weeks afterwards. No other way to contact them.
