Zero stars should be an option.
I have had the WORST experience with graysonline. I ordered 2 boxes of wine, only 1 delivered. I thought, ok mistakes happen, BUT no one will speak to you in Australia. You need to speak to '[name removed]' in Malaysia. I have contacted now 15 times and NOTHING.
SHAME Grays SHAME.
Purchased a dodgy car
I purchased a running vehicle, but the car wont even idle without stalling.
It runs on 5 cylinders instead of 6 and there is huge amounts of water coming out of the exhaust. (suspect head gasket) - None of which was stated on the ad.
After viewing, we left the car at the yard and was told that they need to investigate it for a refund.
1 week later, and they are still reviewing. Down 9k and no money to purchase another vehicle.
Poor customer service from their overseas call centers.
They cannot even give me a date on when this will be resolved.
Very dodgy business, stay away!!
Delivery delays and delays and delays
Ordered wine from Grays, fairly easy, paid and started tracking 22/9 - all good tracking 23/9 says in Williamstown, 24/9 says processing centre Melbourne, 4/10 says processing centre Melbourne. Rang today, got the usual runaround about delivery delays and its in the hands of their courier.
Its their courier, they must have KPIS and if they are not delivering they should be sacked and replaced.
Requested refund and they told me they have to find the items before they can refund - really - its still within their contract
Still waiting on hold 25 minutes later talking to the phillipines

I have no refund... and no product... it's been 3wks...!
I bought a necklace - 60cm gold - from an auction... I received a package with a 45cm gold necklace...!!! WRONG.
Called and then emailed Grays to return for full refund.
They sent me the instructions for "return" so they can "inspect" and "assess" the product before deciding next action.
(Seriously!!! You sent the wrong product. It was suppose to be a gift. I don't want what you sent. Refund. Thank you!)
It's been 3wks since this all began.
Today: I don't have the product.
Grays are telling me "we have not received the product."
And now no-one is talking to me....
WARNING ⛔️ WARNING ⛔️WARNING
Important Information regarding car condition is not mentioned or shown in adds online.
No refund is offered even with misleading information, however will offer to resell the car onto others for a fee. So obviously selling lemons.
Dishonest business with one goal in mind and that is obtaining your money anyway they can.

Reconditioned TV had two cracks in screen ... all my problem
I bought two reconditioned Panasonic tv's from GraysOnline. I picked them up in the carpark of their warehouse and signed for them quickly as it was beginning to rain. When I got home (Canberra) I discovered one tv had two breaks in the screen - it wasn't even covered in plastic, it was just bundled into the box in broken condition. I contacted Grays the next day. After a week they refused to replace the tv or refund my money. I had signed for the TV and evidently it says that I accept the goods are in working order. How are you meant to inspect a 50" tv in a carpark in the rain before taking possession? Absolute rort. Heading to the tribunal. The Panasonic TV was just thrown in the box in broken condition and sold as 'reconditioned'
Worst shopping experience ever.
Purchased a laptop and 10 inch tablet at the same time.
After 6 months the Tablet failed. GraysOnline examined it, confirmed the faults and issued a refund.
After 11 months the Laptop started splitting open whenever I open the screen.
When I complained to GraysOnline they told me it was my fault and not covered under the warrantee, even though they hadn't examined the Laptop.
After three months of arguing they finally agreed to look at the machine and fix it.
It came back worse than before. The case was still split open but now the battery wa...

Since that day we have been calling thus number firstly the said it will take 2-5 days to get the refund its been a month same ridiculous answers it has been ESCALATING, cannot get any manager or supervisor to talk too please stay away from them horrible service . Can anyone help what can we do ...
My worst online experience ever
Bought an item under ‘Buy Now’ and realised immediately had selected wrong colour. What followed was a series of frustrating conversations, tickets, chasing, that resulted in zero help. The wrong items were delivered and then I could not get a refund as the matter was under investigation. Three weeks later still waiting and this has necessitated in a consumer affairs case as well as a PayPal Refund case being raised. The customer service of this company is one of the worst you will ever experience and I highly suggest you think twice before usi...ng GraysOnline unless you are absolutely certain that you will not make any errors and will not need any refunds. There is no local contact number at all despite having the local numbers listed, they all divert to an offshore service line who is care factor is below zero. You do not want to go through what I have been going through just to get a refund for goods I did not want And that I tried to cancel immediately.
Misleading Vehicle Condition Reporting
Grays stated condition of vehicle paint and body to be “good” when in fact car has extensive hail damage. Failure to respond & make good. No email response and rude verbal response advising “you should have inspected it”.
Ive bought wine online for years - successfully to date but not my last purchase. Used Paypal to pay for one case but was somehow charged twice and got delivery for two at different prices. All quite strange. Emailed and had no reply. HOWEVER, phone complaints now go directly to the Philippines which entailed problems from then on. First call complaint was taken but no result at all. Second complaint I had a run-around. Third call got me an ability to get a refund after I take the case to a Post Office etc etc. Im in my mid 80s and live alone and that won't be easy.
They knew about a fault in the car, hid it and lied on the description not mentioning it. Legal actions been taken
I bought a car through them as description was "Perfect", logbook with full service history, both keys, low kms, everything there. Nothing negative about, therefore the car would go for a much higher price ;-). We did the walk around, car on, everything matched the description done by th inspectors from Grays. Collecting the vehicle, As we started the car and it moved 5 metres, An alarm came off with the engine warning light and a message "Engine fault: Repair needed!" We stopped the car by the front office where i spoke to [name removed], who ...said they did not know about the fault, they drove the car twice around the block, just double checking for any light or problem and it wasn't there before, this reason it isn't on the description. After discussing he made a report but refused to give me a copy or a business card, so i took a picture of the report. Now, been a week dealing with the customer service they said there's nothing they can do as auctions don't offer warranty, what i know and im good with that but once you don't try to hide a problem and sell something as it has no problems. I sent them a picture where one of the "electrical boards" of the car is opened what indicates someone tried to do something ;-). Now i got all the evidences and the proves they knew about the issue prior to the auction and tried to hide it, so legal actions have been taken. Be aware and really careful when purchasing something from them.

Do not ever buy from Grays through Auctions. Their products are nowhere near as described on website or app. Their whole auction process is dodgy. THEY ARE TRYING TO ROB YOUR MONEY. Once you buy in auction and go to collect your stuff, they make you stand in open in a queue for 1.5-2 hrs before being served by a rude customer service officer and then comes the biggest surprise. You are handed over faulty stuff that was described as working in their listing. They take no responsibility, once they handover the product to you. You try t...
Panasonic TV purchase
I purchased a Panasonic TH-65FX700A 65-inch 4K Ultra HD LED LCD Smart TV from Graysonline in September 2019 which wasn't unboxed until December 2019. By April 2020 the TV had started to not turn on properly, leaving us staring at a blank screen for 20 mins or more while it 'warmed up'. On researching this model number I found that this was a known fault, where many other purchasers had experienced the TV not turning on after only a few months. When I rang Panasonic I was told that Grays were not a registered retailer of their products in Aus...tralia and they were unable to assist (despite the fact that the model itself has a fault). I rang Grays for help and was advised that the product was only sold with 3 months warranty (convenient given the fault presents itself after a few months of use). Unsure as to why this model was being sold with only 3 months warranty if this is a known fault. Overall a very unsavoury experience and I won't purchase from Grays again.
Never buy a car again from that auction!

Terrible Customer Service, No refund
I have been buying wine from them for years, always no problems.
On the 31st of May I bought a case of wine, waited about 2 weeks and it wasn't delivered.
I got in touch with them via e-mail and they gave me a tracking number with AusPost.
I then contacted AusPost as on their tracking website the delivery status was showing "delayed".
After 2 more weeks AusPost got in touch with me and asked me via e-mail asking me to get in touch with Grays to get the refund and they would refund Grays (They gave me a reference number for Grays to use).
I contacted Grays via email (because they wouldn't answer the phone) several times still waiting for a response.
It’s so hard to deal with these people, when you ask for a refund it’s like so much so impossible, And I know That I will get my money back, but when? I don’t know because they don’t have a system that Allows customers To do so they can get Their money back.
My story is very simple but they’re making it hard, Ive bought a car which they said it’s running and engine turns on, when I went to pick it up the car does not start and they can’t start it either. That’s okay, they’ve wasted my time to drive two hours and they said I have to Call or email Them to get my money back And Until now since two months nearly I can’t get the hang Of someone in grays that seriously can give me my refund.
What a disgusting service!!!

Don't buy a car from grays
Purchased a 2012 dual cabLandcruiser low km for age the description said hail damage and under body corrosion interior poor. Last registered in nsw now every Ute has some form of corrosion with that I thought it was some farmers car from out back nws that could be repaired. Was I wrong due to covid I could not fly to old and see the car. There were many pictures on line and it looked fine in fact you couldn't see any imperfections in the photos. They had it on the show room floor even had tyres shine, was more than happy with the 30000 we spen...t well it arrived in Melb omg its a mine car. I would never buy a mining car. They did not say mine car in description cause they know its worth nothing and know no one would buy it. They are crooks the car has never been registered in au car is heavily damaged and will never be able to be registered. Backed up by a mechanics report not even the odemtere works so kms are false too. I took the car to greys in Dandenong I wanted an explanation on what we paid 30000 for the manager [name removed] seen the car and agreed it was a wreck and offered to re auction it. I refused I'm not letting some other family's dream be destroyed too. [name removed] said there's nothing else he can do and to go through the complaints center we were told we bought it as is nothing they can do about it. So there staff failing to describe the cars full damage and true description was our fault but when we mentioned the odometer does not work, we were told that's illegal to sell a car with a tampered odometer and they will be taking the matter up with the vendor and we will be compensated. Most likely a full refund 3weeks and still no answers. Shame on you greys robbing people of there hard earned money during a pandemic. And shame on me for believing the description. No person in there right mind would pay 30000 for a mine car so do not buy interstate, there descriptions are not at all accurate don't know how they think they can get away with this misleading information to there paying customers but to be fair i took in to consideration that the vendor may of mislead greys with the truth of the car so I rang there sale team told em I had an ex mine car that I bogged up and painted over the rust so it would look good if photos were taken from a far but it's a real mess, I just wanna off load it to my surprise the reply was we do that sort of thing for customers all the time I also told him I recorded our conversation... so I' think greys don't care about there customers they just want there commission no care given.

I purchased a 2014 holden commodore sv6 through grays online and organised to transfer from NSW to VIC, except was told upon pickup that the car is a health hazard and can't be collected! I bought the car under the premise that it looked like the photos and that the interior and upholster was in "good" condition as described. Except I was completely mislead with description/photos, the car's interior was completely rotted and mouldy... and to top it off they even put the manual in the front seat in a neat tidy bag!!! Just take a look at the pi...ctures to see what was advertised, verse what I actually bought and decide for yourself if you trust these guys. Only checked the reviews after I purchased the car as I was referred to this company by a friend...... Big BIG mistake!!! Got a mechanic report and he reckons the car must have been dragged through salt water or something for that extent of mould... the car is a complete lemon and wouldn't be worth scrap, $8500 later... and they refuse to give me my money back. I haven't gone through with collection and they still have the car, I don't want it given the circumstances being I was lied to and wouldn't have purchased the car had I known the actual condition it was in - NOTHING like it's photos/description AT ALL. They pretty much told me, bad luck, you're not getting your money back. Stay far far away from these relentless cons
