Can be bulky on newborns
I love Green kids nappies. We used them with our son from birth until toilet training. They are still in great condition, we are expecting our second child & will be using the same nappies for her.
No need to soak ever! If you read the care instructions properly.
The anytimes never leak, even when our son wore one for a full nights sleep, 6:00pm - 6:00am.
These are exellent nappies, if you take the time to read the instructions.
Australian made. One size really does fit all. I used these with my son from birth up until toilet traini...
A good all round nappy. My daughter used these for 13+ hours at night with no problems at all. They have maintained their colour well even after a couple of years of use. Overall, a very reliable nappy which is really easy to use.
Good quality nappy, nice fit from birth until toilet training, nice colour choices, good coverage and contains messes well!
you have to purchase the inserts separately
These are a very absorbent nappy. I prefer the bamboo inserts because they are softer and more flexible. However, they are still bulky. At night a futher booster may be required making them bulkier still and possibly a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. I also found that the lining can twist outside a bit and wick against close-fitting clothes. I also use Bumgenius one size. They are not as absorbent but are good enough during the day and less bulky so I prefer them over Greenkids.
Nice colours. Bamboo and hemp inserts are very absorbent. Australian made.
Bulky. Can wick at the leg. Bamboo inserts are very slow to dry. Hemp inserts can dry a bit stiff.

Know better, choose better.
We tried a few different types of cloth nappies but gave away everything else and now use Greenkids exclusively. They've contained some impressive poo-namies and are great during the day. We started using them when our daughter outgrew newborn disposables, and they're still going strong and fitting her really well.
We use the bamboo liners, which do take a while to dry but that's because they're meant to hold onto liquid. We find them quite easy to stuff, and washing is super easy if you just follow the instructions.
Overnight we use d...isposables so that we can slather on a layer of barrier cream. The recommendation against using barrier cream is one of the limitations of cloth nappies generally. If you're thinking of using cloth I HIGHLY recommend you get a Little Squirt so the solids can be easily flushed away. Don't leak, easy to use, great range of colours, easy to wash, great service and prompt delivery.
I bought two of these when trying to decide which nappies to go with, but ended up going with fitted nappies instead of all in ones. I found these quite annoying stuff, but easier than the fitted nappies when my daughter is being looked after by someone else(i.e. the nappies are sent pre-stuffed). These are quite trim, which is good.
Trim, good absorbency, quick to dry, ease of use for others.
Annoying to stuff, end up WAY too big when boosted for nightime use.
Questions & Answers
Sorry, there are no questions yet.
Green Kids Anytimes are suitable from birth (or 3.5kg) to the age when your child is toilet trained (or 15kg). They’re cost-effective, especially when compared to some other modern cloth nappy (MCN) brands. The plain colours are $19.95, while those with prints cost $24.
However, also keep in mind that the absorbable inserts need to be purchased separately, and these vary in price depending on their thickness, among other factors.
