From the first meeting until the last, Zac my project Manager was wonderful. Not have Hall and Hart built my dream home, but delivered more than I expected. It all started at Homeworld with Danny, then through the many hands until what was my dream was finalised.
I choose the Elysse but it ended up being an Elysse on steroids. So many changes and rooms added, BUT nothing was trouble to create that dream.
Weekly updates on how things were progressing was awesome. A price was estimated and the final cost was similar.

Coming into the build we were slightly apprehensive because we had heard many horror stories from friends who had built project homes. A friend who was in the construction phase with Hall & Hart Homes recommended them to us as they were happy with how their build was progressing. We built a house with Hall & Hart at Wahroonga. They hand over the house to us on time with good finishing quality. The site supervisor works very hard, and managed all phases very well. Even during the COVID-19 time, they never stop working. There is no extra charges occurred during construction. They listen and fulfill all our requirements. We recently moved into a custom Zara build with an attached granny flat. Construction started in May 2019 and could have possibly finished in Dec 2019 which would have been amazing but due to a month of bad weather, the house was completed in Feb 2020. Nonetheless still a great outcome!

During pre-construction Sean provided excellent and relevant guidance to the build whilst Maddy, Simone and the team worked very hard to complete the design.
