open-minded, as much good has come from the natural space too that seasoned medical professionals even agree with (such as meditation for mental health before giving tablets now). However, I had some issues that I could not ignore and so tested to see if it was HH and found it was.

FIrstly, sleep is better, but that could be the Ashwagandha and Magnesium nighttime, rather than HH. PS, I have found those two have been the performers in my tests on removing the HH, or removing the Ashwagandha and Magnesium and having both.

Secondly, I judge my health by my poops (sorry this will be a bit TMI). I noticed my usually stunning healthy ones all of a sudden became hard to pass and pebbly when I started taking HH. I stopped and then they went back to being stunningly healthy again. I waited weeks, then took HH one day, next morning, pebble poops again. That told me this was not for me at all, as it suggests it could be affecting my liver, which Black Cohosh is known to do in some cases. So stopped immediately as affecting that area is not one I want to mess with.

I found myself even crankier, even more anxious and not less, so again, stopped as this was an important area for me. So now just making time to meditate, taking ashwagandha and magnesium and feeling much better.

Sadly, heard great things and many people swear by them, but not for me, made anxiety worse and as I say, not happy poops.

The way I wake up is also important. The heavy ness when I awake has gone!

One thing I need to sort out is the weight gain. I have the hormonal bloat and fluctuate between 76kg and 80kgs during menstruation and ovulation. Generally something great is happening, however I am using other products and CrossFit-ing. I can attend a CrossFit class looking 6 months pregnant and leave 1 hour later with a six pack.

I am Also using Gut relief - in the afternoon Liva- detox - first thing in the morning Vitamins and primrose oil I have a smoothie shake for brekky which is packed with minerals and vitamins.

There are soo many similar products on the market. If you do buy a HH product and you notice another company advertising a similar product. Finish the HH products first. These products do work and are more effective without the use of caffeine and alcohol. They can also take upto 3 months for you to notice a difference. I am only 3 weeks in!

I have noticed I am having less hot flushes and sleeping through the night. It might only be 6 nights per month where my sleep is disrupted due to ovulation or menstruation.

Give the product time to work.

I had been taking thi product a while ago. Stopped due to cost. Peri menopause has come at me swinging. Went to the Dr and had bloods done, and I am advised not to take HRT. Decided to get back onto these, what a difference its been, although this time around it took longer to feel the effects. I am still having raging hot flushes, there are not as many. These tablets are not good for your liver, the main ingredient is Black Cohosh which is a known liver stressor. The warning about this should be more prominent. more dangerous for your liver." Um yes and who takes two Panadol a day without thinking they are damaging their liver and most people who are trying to balance their hormones steer clear of sugar. I thought these tablets were harmless and worth a try, that is not the case and you should be very careful re liver toxicity.
