I just bought my third happy Hormones after following the website for so many years, not sure why I waiting so long, don't wait check it out as now and now I don't suffer from hot flushes anymore and I am 54 years young.

I tried two different types of HRT to manage hot flushes, mood swings and sleepness nights as a result of menopause with limited success as I developed gastric reflux. It took a little while, arond 4 to 6 weeks to feel the full effects but my sleep has improved and my hot flushes are less common and less intense. They have indeed lived up to their name as I feel happier, less irritable.

I started experiencing hot flushes, you know the kind that steam up your glasses, destroy your sleep and ruin your self esteem. I didn’t have my glasses on when I first read how much to take. I thought I saw 1 tablespoon and within 3 days my hot flushes were gone!!! And then I re-read with my glasses on .... Woops it was meant to be 1 teaspoon! So I dropped it back but my flushes came back! So for me... the tablespoon worked!!! I dont know if that dosage is ok but it works for me! Lol!! Maybe the HH team can answer that??

It was time to come off the HRT and try a natural approach and I am so pleased I did, I can’t recommend HH highly enough. Within 6 months I feel like my old self again, I am feeling positive and have energy, sleep well and only a few hot flushes occasionally. My moods are stable although you might like to check that with my family but I am sure they would agree.

I have been taking Happy Hormones powder religiously for 3 years now and have so benefited in so many ways. I have no plans to ever stop taking it! It's life changing.
I started taking it for peri-menopausal symptoms but wish I'd discovered it in my teens too. My anger triggers and stress have been greatly reduced which means it would have benefited me for the last 30+ years, not just 3yrs!
Initially I took 1x per day but as symptoms for peri-menopause broke through I doubled the dose.

I have been researching this product for over one year now. When peri menopause hit or should I say, I accepted what I was going through, ( but you don’t have to own peri menopause, might I add) this was the first product I tried. Now I have the hot flushes and sleep under control.

I noticed I would wake up three nights in a row during ovulation and three nights before menstruating. This does not happen as frequently since using this product.

I was sceptical about taking Happy Hormones. Constant moods and a menstrual cycle that was all over the place.
