No Difference At All
Unfortunately the tablets haven’t made any difference for me at all & I have been taking for 5 months. If anything I feel like I’ve gained weight? I exercise and have a very healthy diet.
Purchased in November 2020.
Consumers should be advised of ALL potential side effects.
Aim: to come off anti depressants and balance hormones to assist with mental health.
I went into this with optimism and an open mind though I don’t usually believe supplements will assist as I’ve tried them before to no avail. My personal opinion, which the experience I had with HH exemplifies, is that results are psychosomatic or due to differences in our physiological makeup. This is a fair comment and I don't mean any offence at all.
HH didn’t work for me and caused me to gain weight. I started taking these on 12/12/2020 and had committ...ed myself to at least a four week trial. This ended a little prematurely on 07/01/2021 when I discovered that my weight had increased by 2.5kgs in that time. I’ve always been slim to average build and whilst that hadn’t changed dramatically, I had never gained that much weight that quickly and felt as bloated. So I decided to email support and here’s the response: "Weight gain and HH HH is a herbal formulation and should not contribute to weight gain as it has a low calorie and fat content and contains herbs which help to regulate blood sugar levels, control appetite and support healthy thyroid function (metabolism). In theory, HH should help you to maintain weight or manage weight when combined with a healthy diet and exercise regime. Some women have reported an increase in weight gain with taking HH however, generally we are able to find the cause of this issue with further investigation. If you are experiencing an increase in weight since starting HH, here are some common causes you may consider: A shift in thyroid/ metabolism function can result in a change in the way that the body uses fat for energy production A rebalancing of the oestrogen/ progesterone ratio Fluid retention due to the cleansing action of HH to remove wastes, toxins and hormones from the body An increase in lean muscle mass due to increased training. Older women tend to be less active during the day and have less muscle mass which means that fewer calories are burned during the day Adrenal health – an increase in weight around the stomach/ lower torso is a body sign indicating increased stress hormone production. If this is the case for you then you can also incorporate some stress relieving practices into your day to help reduce adrenal depletion. Hormonal transition into Perimenopause/ Menopause - many women notice that they gain weight during this time in their life. One reason why people might gain weight around menopause is changing hormone levels and adrenal health. They may notice that they are gaining weight, or that it is more difficult to lose weight. One form of oestrogen called estradiol decreases at menopause. This hormone helps to regulate metabolism and body weight. A recent hysterectomy will predispose you to an increase in weight gain Please also take a moment to read these articles regarding weight gain as they may better help you to understand your body and why you are experiencing this: https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/blogs/articles/blocks-to-losing-weight https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/blogs/articles/metabolism-how-it-affects-weight https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/blogs/articles/toxic-overload-does-it-prevent-weight-loss" My reaction:
Purchased in November 2020 for $130.00.
- Poor mental health
- Short-term physical illness
I have been taking 2 servings a day of the HH vegan powder for over 2 months and have seen no improvement in my PCOS (mood swings, acne, irregular periods, night sweats etc.) If anything my moods are worse. I would not recommend this product and i will not purchase again

Did not do anything
I had heart palpitation/irregular beats with this product and find it did nothing at all therapeutic wise. I stopped taking it and no more issues. I don't recommend this product.
- Mild side effects
Stomach pain and headache after taking first two tablets
Took only two tablets on the first night and experienced stomach pain in the middle of the night and headache next morning . So I didn’t like the health risk that may come with it and wanted to return the product.
The company refuses to give a refund saying that those pain and discomfort is normal and this is a “Change of mind”. So it’s now basically saying I either put up with my body’s negative reaction and continue taking the tablets or I paid them $70 for nothing because I no longer feel safe taking it. This is not some unreasonable chang...e of mind, it’s a decision to stop taking it because of the negative physical reaction and health concern. I bought the product believing that it was safe and natural but it ended up causing me discomfort and pain. Even on the bottle it said if experiencing stomach pain, headache, unusual tiredness etc, stop taking them and these were the symptom that I experienced. Whether the product works or not I may never find out , but knowing the fact that taking them would cause discomfort and pain, do I really want to take this health risk in order to wait for it to “ possibly/hopefully work”? Now it kind of feel like being bullied into accepting the product even when I am not happy about it due to having health concern which was caused by negative body reaction after taking the product. I know the product has been open but if it was not open how did I know it would make me sick? The company claims that they only give refund if the product doesn’t work, so wouldn't have those "not working therefore refundable" products been open before people find out they don’t work? Some logic ?
- Short-term physical illness
