Paint protection and interior protection
Disappointed- my new car doesn't look any different and was just as dirty after being in the rain. No easier to clean either. Still needs to be washed just the same. Was sceptical after the whole application (both exterior and interior) took less than 90 mins.

Avoid this mob if you can
Decided to tint some of the windows on my house and Happy Tint came in with a good price. All seemed pleasant enough until 2 windows cracked. The issue is ongoing and I expect they hope that people will give up eventually. They have explained that it wasn't their fault, but neglected to warn of the risks. Says they will address the issue but haven't yet in my case. Spoken with other tint companies and they immediately identify the problem with Happy Tint. I urge you to look to other companies and ask what happens if thermal fracture occurs. Ext...
Read moreremely disappointed to have encountered a situation like this, and the company generally. Avoid. Next step for me is VCAT. Feb 2015: This issue has been resolved. My windows were replaced and tint applied. I would like to thank the very helpful and understanding Louise, and I believe they now have better processes in place to manage these situations. I do recommend that you ask for a copy of terms and conditions and ask specifically about thermal fracture and what will happen if it occurs. (This issue may be no one fault but could be caused by poorly cut glass, if your house is outside the guarantee period you will have no recourse with the builder). The finished product is exactly as expected so if you are happy with the terms and conditions the I would recommend them1 comment

I had window tinting done by Happy Tint late last year. It was applied to 3 west-facing windows.
Since the film was installed I have had problems with my wi-fi/mobile phone connection. My modem is located near one of the tinted windows. The problem has been investigated by my telco and no issues were found with my phone and it works perfectly when I am away from the house. Has anyone else reported this issue and is there a resolution?

Hi Vicki,
Thanks for the question. We have over 30 years experience in the tinting industry and we have never heard of this issue. Considering around 30% of city buildings around the world have window film applied to windows we believe it would be recognized as a problem by now Purely from a logical perspective it would seem strange that should such a correlation exist, evidence would have emerged and be available to consumers. Hopefully you can work out the mystery :)
