Still no product

I ordered two orders more than a month ago and still haven't received them. Don't be fooled by the website address... This is not an Australian company. They are Chinese and product sent from China, they have no intention of sticking to the shipping time quoted on their page.

WARNING!! Scam!!! Do not buy!!! Now reported to Aus Federal Police!

I ordered wall decals from this company thinking their website looked legit. I have now been waiting well over a month for an order that was supposed to take 5 to 7 working days. All communication comes back to me with the same generic email asking me to keep waiting even when I ask pacific questions I just get the same generic email. I have now forwarded this on to the Australian federal police and scary much and also to my bank who will be ensuring that I get my money back. Please do not go through what I am and many many many others have gone through as he seen here on this review page do not buy from this company and make sureDo you always check the reviews before you buy anything on the Internet. Lesson learned by me

Do not waste your money total scam

Like every one else thought this was an australian company. Pay pal should not be able to deal with this scam and it is a total scam.Ivy keeps saying it's coming but after 2 month's you know it's never going to turn up. Like everyone else I have been conned. I will never use pay pal again and report this as a fraudulent company.

Website advises 10 business days shipping. Does not advise stock is not in aus and comes from china.

7 weeks later no delivery and i am going through my credit catd company for a charge back.

No notice on delays due to Covid.

I doubt i will ever receive goods.

Still waiting

I ordered this product 6 weeks ago. The website says delivery in 4 days!! Everything about their site suggests it’s Australian (.au) but actually Chinese. Don’t waste your money! Ivy does respond to emails but only with excuses

Product doesn't do what its designed to do- glow in dark stickers that don't glow or stick

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this product. These "star glow in the dark stickers" do not glow or stick. I prepped the wall with dusting and then cleaned with diluted sugar soap/water, removed residue, paper towel dried, and waited more than 48hrs until putting the stickers up. Not even 3days later they started to come off and have lost their stickiness. The stickers were up in a bright room, however come night there is no glow at all in a pitch black room. I have even had a bright light shinning on the stickers for a couple of hour... Read mores and only got a very faint glow at best which was completely gone only minutes later. Furthermore I waited 6 weeks for this product to arrive. I can appreciate the significant delays at the moment with COVID-19, however the website does not say anything about such delays. When I emailed after the first 3weeks I did not receive proper answers. I'd be more than happy to wait 6 weeks or more as long as I was informed that it may take that long. Instead I was given a tracking number only to find out myself 2weeks later that the status of the package only meant that the delivery service was notified of the eventual package and they had not as yet received it. I would unfortunately not recommend this product. I have since purchased from another seller and will not be buying from happywallz again.

SCAM!

This is a fraudulent company. Have not received products that i ordered, given a false tracking number & 2 Payments have been taken from the credit card, one from "Happywallz" another from "Huazhuoxian Eb" both with the same merchant ID. I suggest anyone who has purchased from this company to check their bank statements, contact their bank for a refund and report them via the following: https://www.scamwatch.gov.au

Scam scam scam

Scam. Ordered in late Feb. It’s the end of May and I have not received my package. They said 5-7 days, clearly it’s been well over that. They mislead you into looking like they’re from the city you live in (my case, Toronto) but they ship from China. No where on the site states that it will be coming from China. AVOID this site at all cost! I’ve been emailing back and fourth with “[name removed]” requesting a refund. Will dispute with PayPal.
So unfair! I offered to accept a 50% refund however they declined. They said they could offer a less, partial discount when the package arrives..(IF EVER???).. Hopefully I could get my money back. So disappointing.

Stay Away..Seems to be Australian company but not

I placed an order almost 6 weeks back and still havent received it.
Neither on their website or while placing the order, it was mentioned of this shipping delay and country of origin as China. Wouldn't have ordered had I known it before.

When asked for an update, was told to wait for a few more days as the order has been shipped. Really frustrating.

Avoid this company

First of all I placed an order because the address was from Toronto. Then when I asked for an ETA of my delivery I was given a tracking number from China ( ??? ), which has no updates in more then 2 weeks.
I asked for a full refund and I am hoping to get all my money back. What a scam!

Do not order from here!

Can’t give 0 stars so I gave 1....
I ordered and didn’t receive my items until 6 weeks later.
And when I tried to apply them they just fell off the wall and wouldn’t stick.
I requested a refund, and they only gave me a partial refund cause they decided to charge me postage even though I got free postage for spending over $40.
Currently in a email conversation with “[name removed]” to get the rest of my owed money.
Disgusting customer service.
Will be reporting to ACCC if they refuse to give me my money back.

Fraudulent company

Do no order anything from this company. They are based out of China and I had to report them to my bank. My order confirmation says 5-8 business days. I have waited almost 3 months and still no product. I emailed back and forth with "Ivy" whose only response is "can you wait a little longer?". They provided me with a tracking number that was fake. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Company is run out of China. Their shipping timeframe of 5-7 days is pure fantasy. Reality is they didn’t ship the items until 15 days after I ordered. Won’t advise you of any delays. Back and forth with “Ivy” like everyone else who just keeps repeating “wait a little longer” product finally turns up after FIFTY DAYS. An absolute joke of a company.

Not an Australian product as advertised

I ordered some wall decals for a babies nursery and have had to follow up as others who have left a review. I was given a tracking number with no other information and in following up today was told by Ivy that it’s being shipped from China. It’s been about 5 weeks since I ordered them. It makes sense now given Coronavirus and the delays on shipping, however I thought I was purchasing an Australian product. Doesn’t sound like they will make it any time soon!

What a joke! Don't order from them!

I wish i had read all these reviews first!! Purchased items from them on 3rd March, followed up a couple of weeks later to be told they were shut due to Covid-19 and only just got back and they shipped it on 16th March. Its now 14th April, Ivy advised it was being shipped from China, however they state on website that they are located in Australia. No mention of Items being shipped from China anywhere, no mention of shipping delays due to Covid19 on their website, no mention of Covid19 in general like all other retail websites. They offered 10% discount once items recieved, i declined and asked for a full refund of which the response was they cant when items are in transit. I told them i dont want the items i just want money back and the response was the same "in transit, could you wait a little longer?" I asked for the courier company they use, no info provided. Its just a mess, its been 6 wks, no items, they have my money and Ivy is just a broken record on repeat. Stay away from purchasing from them!! Don't waste your time!

Awful company do not order from here

If I could leave a zero star rating I would, they don't even deserve one star. I ordered decals for my babies nursery on January 31,2020. I never received my ordered in 5-7 business days as stated on the website, so I emailed them on February 19, 2020, she responded saying she was on "Vacation" and could be back in a week, and would send out right away, well that was a lie. I emailed her again on March 2, confirming the order was processed. She said no we just got back on March 1, will send it out a couple of days.

They made up the excuse of it being the pandemic issue, first of all, why is the order in China, when the website says they're in Toronto, Canada. It makes zero sense to me. I am about to call my credit card company and get a refund because this is ridiculous. Again, don't ever order from these crooks. You won't receive your order, or a refund.

False advertisement

I ordered my items on the 18th of Feb, the lady named Ivy said they will be posted asap. I emailed her 2 days ago and she responded that they are on break due to corona virus. She said staff are printing the items now. I dont know when i will recieve my items but it was a false advertisement saying postage within 5 to 10 days.
I am very disapointed with the service.

Poor customer service and not Australian company

I placed an order on 20 Feb and received an email notifying me that the order has been processed, but no email regarding shipping or delivery.

Followed up on 28th Feb (as order should have arrived) and requested an ETA as I still hasn't received any delivery details. Received a response on 29th Feb to say that the office was closed and staff were not allowed in office due to virus.

this info after chasing the order. 2nd March I still have not received an update on order status and have sent another email requesting a refund. The website appears to be an Australian website, but have found out through PayPal that's it's a Chinese based company, which is very misleading. Further, it seems that other customers have experienced similar issues with their delivery however the excuse they were told is "company in leave", "company on break" again with no notification on website. Would not purchase again. Currently going through a claim process with PayPal.

Don't do it

I ordered on the 2nd of Feb, had to contact them on the 13th to see where my order was as I hadn't received any info and was told they were on holidays and would be back in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I have asked for my money back (27th Feb) and asked when it would be back in my account and haven't heard from them.

I ordered 3 decals. Took longer than advertised to come. 2 of them look great and stayed on. The most expensive fell off in 1 day they said they would send out a replacement 3 months ago. and now no one will contact me back after multiple emails. All I want now is my money back.

Ordered these is it’s listed as an Australian site.
Not sent within the 3 days advised.
When chased up a full week out later, was given tracking from China.
Quality was not in line with that advertised
I would avoid at all costs

Update..item never arrived. No option for returns despite their being a link online. The link takes you nowhere with no option to lodge a return

Brilliant service and fantastic product

I ordered over the Christmas period and was a bit concerned I hadn’t heard anything or seen a status change for my order. My order arrived within 12 days and very happy with product. Ivy followed up my email asking status within 24 hours. Thanks Happywallz. Will order again

Postage took the exact time it said, and when I checked in with ivy she was very quick to respond and keep me updated! I’m very happy with the decals for my sons room very easy to apply and look so good!

Wheres my order

Really disappointing, I ordered my stickers on the 30th October and still haven't received anything. My baby is due any day and wanted the nursery set up. Now I have blank walls. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

This company appears to be a fraud

I have ordered over 3 weeks ago and queried my order - nothing! I have paid and have had no further contact. This company "appears" to be Australian but has misrepresented itself and is actually based in China. I'm about to contact the ACCC.

Waiting forever

I was under the impression it was Aussie company and wanted item in 7 - 10 days (as advertised) but came from China 25 days later!!!! I would have waited if I was advised of length of time. My emails were answered but no time was given. Tracking number wasn't helpful.

Although the website comes across as Australian with .com.au the products are from China. Disappointed as I would have just chose a cheaper decal on eBay. I would be amazed if any purchase would arrive within the standard 5-8 days. I have been waiting for 20 days and all responses just say it is on its way. If you want a decal within 2 weeks then shop elsewhere

Shipped from China and takes forever

Despite trying to pass themselves off as an Australian company, these guys are based in China and postage takes over 6 weeks. Do not bother buying if you need anything in the 5-8 days they advertise.

Stay Away From This Company Happywallz

DO not buy any wall art from this company! I bought $100 worth of wall stickers for my babies room and none of them stuck to our clean freshly painted matt walls. None of them stuck! They are a con job so stay away. They do not have a findable ABN - they do not have a phone number!!!! Stay away!!!!
