Opticomm good speeds and service

Just moved into an Opticomm Estate in QLD. Have done a few speed tests and results are pretty consistent. I am on the standard plus plan and I am seeing average 46-48 download and 20-21 upload.

My connection is very reliable but slow. I upgraded to 100/40 but the speed was still slow.
Called Beberly in support to assist. Now my speeds are over 100/40 thank you.

Small company, giving a shot

Sign up period was good and easy.
They offered free postage but failed to apply to bill and had to ring to rectify. There phone wait times are minimum which is a bonus coming from telstra.
Only issue is the router I was supplied say range 50m but I have trouble get internet at the opposite side of the house which is less then 50m.
Will ring to discuss issue hopefully they can help rectify

At last the internet and phone exist.

We changed address in Coffs Harbour, by not more than 1 km. On arrival at the new address, we had no internet or phone connection. After 24 hours allowing delay time, we reported the fault, the fault of the internet, was sorted out fairly quickly, but the phone took another 24 hours to sort out. In the end all of the maintenance was complete and now works, well done!

It's good .but I am having speed issue at my place.its supposed to be 40-42mbps but mine is just 1,2 mbps .cannot even stream online videos properly. Please have a look for me & fix it up.

Great support and resolution

The support team at Harbour ISP in both Sales and Technical have been great so far.

Sales were great at onboarding and getting the initial connection up and running

On the other side of things, recently the technical support team (credit to Francis in this case) were quick to fix a VPN issue that I had. The VPN issue was resolved the same day and have had no problems since.
