Outstanding customer satisfaction
I recently switched to Harbour isp from another provider for my mobile, home phone, and nbn I can honestly say I have nothing but praise for the provider, their customer service is excellent you get to speak to people that genuinely care about their clients, they genuinely want to help you and talk to you, they ask what your requirements are. The switch over from my previous provider was straight forward and done within the time limit they had provided, their pricing is on par with most of the other providers and their a independent company in ...Australia i prefer to support the local companies because if we don't they won't be around for to much longer, my only suggestion is if they could develop a Android app for self service of my account other then that im more then happy with my decision to switch to them. The network coverage is Telstra 4G and I’ve not as yet experienced and drop outs nor have I experienced slow data speed's.
