i had a problem with downloading and it was resolved to my satisfaction, luckily the same technician that help me last January answered my call and resolved the issue

Perfect ISP

Decided to give Harbour ISP a go for my home connection and it's been an absolute breeze dealing with them (especially Grace). Everything I requested was completed in time and as promised. As the previous tenant unplugged the NBN NTU, I had to give their support team a call in order to active the service which was by far the most pleasant support team I've ever dealt with from any ISP. Told her what the issues was, and within 5 minutes the service was online. Highly recommended ISP.

Did not help me fix no internetService problem

After 2 calls totally more than 60 mins my internet is still not working. I’m doing this review via my mobile phone 4G. I’m so incredibly frustrated. I’m now on hold waiting to talk to a service technician.

Faulty NBN line for days resulting in our phone system not working. Been escalated twice no help with our IT company now moving our service. Highly don’t recommend Harbour ISP.

I simply wanted to thank 'Mae' for her assistance. I am a solicitor who has had to relocate to SA due to Covid-19 and required a reliable internet connection. Harbour ISP has always been professional and reliable. There were some challenges with the SA transfer of the line and Mae was both professional, patient and knowledgeable. I very rarely take the effort to to make such comments but Mae's efforts and work made a huge difference both professionally and personally. Thank you again Mae.

I transferred my connection to new house and internet was not working. Dennis from harbour ISP service desk resolved the matter in minutes just through chat. Was not sure if service desk work on weekends's but the internet is back on. Just wanted to leave a feedback because Dennis has been the most helpful. I have been using Harbour ISP for more than 3 years now and I am happy to continue using it because of the great service they provide.

Excellent customer experience

I recently switched to Harbour isp from another provider, and I can honestly say I have nothing but praise for the provider, their customer service is excellent you get to speak to people that genuinely care about their clients, the switch over from my previous provider was straight forward and done within the time limit they had provided, their pricing is on par with most of the other providers and their a independent company in Australia i prefer to support the local companies because if we don't they won't be around for to much longer, my only suggestion is if they could develop a Android app for self service of my account other then that im more then happy with my decision to switch to them.

After I purchased NBN with them, I would like to know more details on how to set up my router. When I askd for the working hours on weekend in wechat with technical support, he/she said if I replied, then I will be working, if not, then off work. I don't understand why they can say something like that, if you are not going to work, then tell me anyway. NO ONE WANT TO BE TRADED RUDE RIGHT?

Jane, Joe, and Grace went above and beyond to assist our household in setting up NBN with Harbour ISP. They answered all queries and resolved confusion between our internet port and that of the business below our address. They set us up quickly after we left Belong who was unresponsive during prolonged network outages at our address, in contrast Harbour ISP have been consistently available and genuinely helpful. Connection has only faltered in usual NBN lulls and bottlenecks due to lack of fiber-to-home, not due to Harbour. Highly recommend them.

Mr Tech support guy (Jeffrey) really turned my day around. His Customer service was patient, thorough and polite and not only that but he fixed the issue and within a timely manner. My NBN to the premises went from 49down/19up to 92down/35up, well worth my phone call! its good to see a company going to the effort to deliver 10/10
