Mr Tech support guy (Jeffrey) really turned my day around. His Customer service was patient, thorough and polite and not only that but he fixed the issue and within a timely manner. My NBN to the premises went from 49down/19up to 92down/35up, well worth my phone call! its good to see a company going to the effort to deliver 10/10

We have been dealing with Grace who's been helped us from start to finish with getting internet service connect for about 20+ sites. She's been an absolute gem, listens to our needs and delivers beyond our expectation each time. With the 20+ services we have with Harbour, we've haven't had any issues with them in relations to the service itself. Would definitely recommend anyone who's shopping around to give them a go!
Terrible connection and constant drop outs
Since our installation we have had no more than 2 hours of internet without drop out, horribly slow reconnection and then drop out again. Numerous calls to tech support only suggest turning the router off and on, which works seldom and doesnt really do anything. Generally I'm on the phone long enough for the connection to fleetingly return, for which the numpty on the other end of the call takes the credit. Hang up from them and I find the connection lasts long enough for me to download the "resolved" email notification, then it will cycle thro...ugh its disconnection nonsense again. We are moving at the end of the month, at which time I will likely set fire to printed copies of all the emails I have received, my router and anything else with Harbour written on it that I can find just to make myself feel better. Then I will find a cooler, more dependable company to connect with. It's the 21st century Harbour, get your act together.
Wouldn’t recommend ever!
Very hard to deal with. I have been trying to terminate my contract and coming out of contract and was told need to pay another 30 days! I have waited 3 months for an email of cancellation. The communication from the beginning has been terrible. I should’ve known at the beginning when they had a 2 star google review. I’ve noticed now I can’t leave a review without going through this paid service from the company. They need to train staff with how to deal with people’s needs a little better. They also need To follow up with their customers. The service is greatly disappointing. I would like my service terminated! Still waiting for my email!!!
Great customer Service
Rey went above and beyond to help me, I had played with my router settings and could not get my laptop to connect to our internet, I went into town and spent $55 at a local IT business to have it fixed but when I got home the problem still persisted. I called Harbour ISP to get some advice even though there was nothing wrong with the internet Rey stayed on the phone with me for an hour and assured me he would take the time to help me even though it was not Internet related. 5 stars great service!

Great connection and speed just wish the owner hadn't put the fridge in front of the nbn box.Thanks to MAE for helping me fix my nbn relocation and reset my Netgear and talking me through the process. I had to keep asking you to repeat yourself because my nbn was behind my fridge and I struggled to multitask in the 45 degree heat....you were so patient and professional and didn't rush or make me feel like I was taking so long. Thanks MAE now we can watch Netflix under the Aircon.

Speed of set-up was what impressed me most, and the friendly and attentive customer service team. The only issue I had was with my own wifi printer set-up, and Aisan and his colleagues helped me through that as well. First class!

connection is stable have had no dropouts, there was an account issue where im on 100/50 plan but my speed was incorrectly set to 50/20, Dennis from the service team fixed it for me in minutes

Issues with installation
Head to ring 4 times over 4 days to get working - finally got someone who knew what to do and it works - please have set up better when sending modeum out and better trained staff - you should credit my account for a week for not being able to use the internet especially when my daughter was needing it for study for her HEC....
Harbour NBN is great!
I was a little apprehensive about signing with them at first as I have never heard if Harbour but, I'm glad I joined. The NBN works perfectly, and does not drop out anywhere in the house. They have better deals than optus and are faster as well.
Connecting was very easy with the help of Mae over the phone, it was working in a matter if minutes. Mae was very helpful, patient and easy to talk with. Thanks Mae!!

The service from Francis when connecting was fantastic. He stepped me through all the steps and the end result was success. I will be checking the speed over the next couple of days to ensure I'm getting what was offered.
Customer service within the accounts and billing department
I called today about my overdue account and received Luies. She help me with my issues and questions with complete professionalism. I would like to commend her on this as she is the main reason I have decided to pay ammount owing and continue business with harbour isp
My VOIP was out of order for about a week unknown to me. Francis Arapan was assigned to sort the problem He was very helpful and patient with an old bloke who knows nothing about computers. I greatly appreciated his efforts.
Before disconnecting, make sure you advise them up to 5 weeks advance notice!!
I'm unclear why I can't cancel an internet connection (after my initial contract ended), without giving 30 days notice?? Not only that, I had to fill in a form to request it, and then wait for them to accept it. Surely an internet connection can stop immediately if requested?? Why charge customers and extra months internet payment, when it was asked to have it disconnected immediately. Really poor form by HARBOUR ISP.
For a smaller ISP, you'd think they want to look after their customers, but this is an example of them not doing that. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Great customer service
My experience with my NBN connection has always been good, I have been a customer for nearly two years and i have not experienced any drop outs so far so is so far very reliable. Th only issue I have had is getting connected for starters but has always been dealt with by harbour isp easily. Aila who had ample amount of patience with me helped me through the process of getting connected to the internet. She was very thorough with her information and just overall her customer service was a pleasant experience.
Customer service is fantastic and very fast. Internet service is good I haven't had any drop outs. House transfer went thru same day. Issues are dealt with immediately. Happy I switched to harbour
