Buffalo leather wallet
How disappointing I bought this Credit card wallet as a gift and I am embarassed to give it. This was so not what I expected it cost me $AUD62 and it so so wasn't worth it maybe $AUD30 at the most, won't buy from there again

I paid extra for tracking and didnt even receive my tracking number. If I knew this I wouldn't of wasted my time paying the extra $$.
I never received a confirmation order email, so was left wondering if my payment went through And was never kept in the loop.
The whole month I waited I got 2 spam emails for advertising purposes and 1 email that I had to ask for my tracking number which I shouldn't of had to ask for, should of been sent the moment I paid.

Poor quality product and little customer service

The quality was appalling, colour isnt what I expected, the stitching is not straight and the bag looks unfinished with threads everywhere.
Customer service is really unable to help. The only solution is that I pay $70 postage to return it that they will later reimburse.
Ordered personalized engraved golf accessories set. Engraving was Incorrect, Ordered 4 character first name for tees, received 2 tiny initials barely readable ,without any between dots. The Divet repair tool and marker also 2 initials no between dots and So. Badly scratched, looked used. ( I cant believe it could be sent out like that).. Took 3 weeks Sydney to Melbourne

Forget paying for priority post. No accountability and very poor experience
I ordered a gift from this site which shipped from the UK. I paid priority post which ensured a 5 day delivery window. Two weeks later and the gift still hasn't arrived. Numerous contacts through support and the seller direct - with a poor response rate and no accountability at all. No apologies. Seller had closed for a holiday and didn't meet their own delivery time frames advertised. It took over 9 days from ordering to even get the item in the post. I'd never use this site again. Not sure what I paid priority post for. The gift itself looks ...amazing online and was expensive over $200.00 but who knows what to expect since I haven't even got it yet. They (seller and site) have absolutely no accountability at all for anything. Totally disappointing experience. Never again.
Poor e-commerce site
I ordered some items from same seller, and 2 weeks later my order was cancelled by HTF as seller claimed the items were out of stock. I was sent an email stating that I was to be awarded a store credit + 10% (automatically) or a refund + 10% to my bank account within 3 days, if I replied to the email. I replied to the email as advised and it bounced back. Numerous emails and contact form via website, and a refund of items minus the PayPal fee was finally was awarded. Another email with feedback, as I was now out of pocket, and did not receive t...he 10% inconvenience gratuity. Finally received the PayPal fee back. But no response to my constructive feedback email. Poor customer service. No transparency and no way to contact or speak to someone, other than thru their generic support email. Not worth the hassle. The items are still listed as “for sale” and available on their website :((
I purchased an item from this company in May (the cost of which was around $140). After not receiving it in the expected timeframe I contacted them and they advised me to “just wait longer”. After waiting another week I contacted them again and they advised me a replacement had been sent. After waiting weeks again I contacted the company who advised they will arrange another replacement as long as it was to a different address. I provided my company address so there could be no question as to whether there was a delivery. Three weeks later agai...n and the item has still not arrived. Still waiting for a response on that. This company is not the seller of the item and simply an intermediary. They don’t seem to have much control over their sellers. Hard to find? More like hard to find a single crap to give about their customers. Seriously, don’t waste your time
Gift voucher not received
I purchased a $100 gift voucher for my daughter's birthday and one week later I still don't have it - it is supposed to be delivered directly into my inbox. They have told me they keep resending it but it still isn't here. I gave them an alternative email address and it hasn't arrived into that inbox either. I have been contacting them daily to chase it up (no phone number so I have to use the live chat function), and they keep saying to check my inbox. Also checked the spam and it didn't go in there either.
They also charged fees for using ,my MasterCard. Very unhappy as I had no gift for my daughter
Good range of products - check the returns policy
I returned item of clothing and was provided a store credit - unfortunately I lost the email advising about the store credit. I recently logged into my account and saw the credit had expired a month ago so I contacted HTF to ask about the expiry of the credit. I was advised no it could not be used - however, they reconsidered my situation and allowed the credit to be used. Be advised that if you do return a product, you will likely be provided a store credit and not a refund - credits are to be used within 12 months - make a note in your diary so you do not lose the credit
Poor service and terrible returns policy
I ordered items of clothing on this site which were too small, only to realise that if that is the problem then they will not offer you an exchange, only a store credit, and you have to wear the cost of return postage.
When I told the online chat consultant that I was disgruntled that as a result of an increase in price of the products since I purchased them, I would be considerably out of pocket to simply replace the items by repurchasing them, the response was "all good, just let me know what you decide to do".
It was far from "all good" and I will not be purchasing through this site again
Order cancelled right before christmas
I ordered a personalised Christmas item 20 days before Christmas from this website for my son. I was informed by email it would arrive by Christmas. On the evening of 20th December I was informed that the order would be cancelled. Surely I could have been informed of this earlier so that I would have had time to arrange an alternative item or maybe they could have offered a replacement item or gone some way to show their goodwill. Such shocking service. Will not be purchasing from Hard to Find again.
Do not buy from this store
I purchased an A3 personalised dictionary print from hardtofind. It cost me $40 aud. I received it around 11 days later and it was literally a paper. I paid $40 for a paper printed from office works. Before I purchased the product i read the return policy and it stated that 'any item for any reason' can be returned. I emailed the seller and the company but they won't give me a refund. This store is a scam and I urge everyone to think twice before putting their money this company
Consistently good service
I've been buying from Hard To Find for many years, and the service has always been excellent. The product range is so unique, Hard To Find is my go-to for gifts.

Can not fulfil order, did not notify of this
Terrible experience buying from them, bought two items and upon making my own inquiry was in formed could not fulfill and only could provide one. Would not refund until one,item marked as sent, will never buy from again, order made through hard to find but would not accept any repsonsibilty for this issue blaming the supplier. I should not have been able to purchase two items if they were not available, still waiting on the one item to be sent and still waiting on a refund 8 days later. Also charge fees regardless on how payment is made. Customer service is poor

Charging you Paypal fees
Just ordered an Item from this site, being a hard to find item, I ordered a pen as a gift for my mother.
The advertised online price for the item was one price and the Paypal invoiced price was different after purchase. To which I sent an email saying to cancel the order as I am not happy to pay different prices.
Emailing the company I was told that I was only charged for the online price, sending me a invoice to prove this.
As my Paypal said a different amount I email the seller this, explaining I wasn't happy about the extra char...
