Could be great, but it's not.
Tried the Online Shop the first time, became aware of it through an American Express Promotion: Spend $ 150, get $ 30 back.
The good: Order process good, wide range of products (or maybe not), convenient delivery windows, prompt delivery, decent customer service, very good packaging, no plastic bags
The bad: Some products ordered apparently not available and cancelled. Other products ordered were substituted by inferior products (specs, weight..).
After complaining customer service promptly reacted and refunded the substituted products.
Flawless experience- very happy customer!
Beautiful produce. Beautifully packaged. Delivered with a smile. They even let me add a forgotten item (milk of course) via live chat, six hours before my delivery window. Website was very user-friendly too. A shopping experience that sparked joy.

Rotten fruit delivered
The mandarin fruits delivered to me include rotten ones. Was not expecting this so I was disappointed. This Summerina mandarin costs $1.08 each, very expensive. I found this type of mandarin only available in certain green grocers but not available in big grocery stores, so I gave in to the online price even though its pricey. think Im not going to order from this store again.

While the concept is great, and I like the minimal packaging.... my produce came to me badly beaten and rotten. I had to argue repeatedly to have the worm infested produce refunded to me. I also recieved cream that expired 3 days after I bought it. I feel like they take advantage of the fact that you are online and you get what you're given. I am absolutely disgusted with the audacity they to charge high prices and give poor rotten quality.. as half my ingredients had to be discarded, I ended up having to go back to the shops and repurchasing s...o defeated the entire purpose. November 20th 2019 Update: Horrific black prawns Disgusting that this was sent to me. The prawns are rotten. Ewww. I honestly don't know what makes them think that this is even remotely acceptable. I am beyond upset.
Half of my order was missing
I cant believe that this is my first order and $50.00 worth of beef is missing from the delivery. I checked front of the driver and he said to call the office. I call the office and waited for 15 minutes with some dull music on, and then the voice mail told me to leave the message. Then I called again, the lady who works in the call centre is in Phillipines. ?. I know you want to make more profit but this is not a way to do it. I am very upset and will never ever shop at this online shop. Not recommended.
Very happy - would recommend
Was really happy with the whole service. The ordering was easy and I thought the delivery was really affordable (considering that it costs almost $15 from Woolworths!). I was impressed by the tracking which actually showed you were the truck was. Produce was beautifully selected - the picker obviously was very considered.
Note: this is all in light of the TERRIBLE experience I've been having with late orders, incorrect items from the big grocery stores online services. HFM have nailed it!
Used to be amazing... suddenly not great
I usually love you service and have highly recommended to so many ppl!! But lately guys the service has really dropped. Is there some kind of new policy about under cutting orders where you cant meet the exact requirement eg I ordered 1kg of chicken thighs and you only delivered 400gms!! This means I need to go the shop last min to make up for the gap. Last week grapes and potatoes were under cut. I was entertaining and had to go to the shop minutes before my guests arrived to make up for the unexpected gap!! This is not good... initial defeat...s the purpose of an online shop if I need to go to the shop as well as placing an order.... also this week I ordered croissants for my sons lunch and these didnt arrive, and I was noticed or offered a substitute.. again, I now need to go the shop to make up for this... can you let me k own if you plan to rectify these things? Im a regular shopper and would to continue to be and recommend your service.
Always great quality produce and excellent service. When I have had an issue with my order (only twice in over 2 years), they have addressed it immediately and in a more than satisfactory way.
Disappointed with produce quality
Did my first online order a few days ago. While I really loved the online shopping And tracking side of things, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the produce. Many of the greens ordered arrived wilted. Organic green beans looked old and near rotting.

Web site excellent,easy to use,confirmations prompt and accurate. Delivery on time .Packaging good but salad in plastic box came open,try sealed bags instead.Will be using service weekly much better than using Bowral parking

Delivery arrived when expected after a text message to let me know it was on the way. The produce was beautifully fresh and grocery/fridge items exactly as ordered. I like dealing with a family business and LOVE having someone lug my shopping home for me! Thank you, Harris Farm. You’re the best.
Order over 3 hours late
Had to call to say that 11:30pm is a bit late for a delivery considering it was suppose to come between 6pm-9pm. No phone call from you guys. No phone call from you guys to advise driver was running late. Will see what time you try tomorrow.
Now I know why I stopped shopping online with you.
