They cancelled my order with no explanation
I made an order for 2 products and they cancelled it with no explanation, the items are still available on their website to buy.
Broken and still taking my money... Grrrrrr
I ordered 2 sets of crockery, waited longer than I would have expected but that's no big deal, when they arrived, I could hear the clatter of broken items inside, I opened it and yes 2 cups were smashed to smithereens. I contacted HS and they got back to me after I sent them pictures of the broken items also a Massive big chip on one of the dinner plates. I'm still waiting to get rid of this useless set and for them to STOP taking money out. DO NOT BUY FROM HARRIS SCARFE on line.
3 weeks later and still no delivery
Another company hiding behind "covid" for their pathetic logistics capability.
Ordered an air fryer on 17 August. It's now September 8th and I still have nothing.
Steer well clear and buy from a company that will actually deliver your goods!
Don’t accept orders you can’t honour and respond to your CUSTOMERS
Ordered a quilt and quilt cover online. Same as previous reviews, received email notification to advise quilt cover not available (still showing on website as being in stock a week after my query) and refund will be processed.
Very quick to take your money instantly online even if product not available but have to rely on business days for refund.
Emailed request to cancel quilt also as I had ordered as a set. No response.
Called Customer “Service” and like others who have reviewed, waited nearly an hour for my call to be answered.
Have sent numerous emails and have had one very non committal response.
Shame, Harris Scarfe used to be a go to but the service is now appalling.
Will shop elsewhere and happily pay more for a service.
Customer service lacking
Have shopped with this company for years usually get what I order. Not this time add items to cart place order to be sent a computer generated response of have refunded your money as product no longer available.
Get a statement for one day’s transaction. Any other company sends out a statement end of each month so one can see what has been purchased and returned. When I rang kept on hold for almost an hour (sick of companies using covid for an excuse) if your so busy there are thousands looking for work. To be told oh your bill is even more than what the one day statement says and no information on the returns.
Have cut up my card and won’t be shopping here again.
Where do I Start ? Their online ordering system is abysmal. How can a well known brand fail so miserably and have such an inept system ? They will process the order only to refund 5 minutes later. It clearly shows the items I'm after are in stock. No click and collect available, on hold for 45 minutes to an hour trying to speak to someone, then hanging up in frustration. Hopeless, the people in charge need to re- assess their strategies, I won't bother with this store ever again.

Sheets were no where near a QB and top sheet had holes in it, after no response they are now rags, twice now this has happened with sheets, will never order from them again
The worst experience ever
The worst experience I had with an online shop ever. I have ordered a product wrongly and I realized it just after that. I have just called them to cancel my order just after I have placed it and they told me they have canceled it but just some days after that the post brought the product. I have called to the customer service more than 10 times and they always told me we ask somebody to call you and nobody called me from the company.

I ordered two pillows from their online store. After many phone calls and emails to customer service my pillows never came and in fact were delivered to an Address in Victoria and I am in NSW. Worst customer service, Very dismissive and telling me different story ever time I rang. Now asking for a refund.

I ordered two tops online on July 12.
One arrived July 20th the second arrived a week later. I should add I ordered other items from elsewhere and received them much earlier.
Unfortunately, I received the same top twice instead of the two different ones that I ordered.
I am on crutches and unable to go to the store.
I rang AND also sent an email. I was asked to send photographic evidence to prove that I wasn't lying. Why would I lie ??????? My response was that I was offended but will do as requested.

Wrong Size Received and very complex return procedure
I ordered 8 bras online from Harris Scarfe on 16th July, all the same size, style and colour. They arrived over the course of a couple of weeks, in 4 separate deliveries. I assumed they were all the same size so I removed the tags and put them in my drawer. When I came to wear one a week later, I discovered it was much smaller than the other 7, I couldn't even get it done up. I emailed HS and explained I hadn't kept the tags because I assumed their staff would pick all 8 bras in the same size and I included a picture showing the small bra with ...two of the others, which were obviously much larger. Several emails later, they asked me to return the bra with all the packaging when I'd already told them I didn't have it. They also said it would take up to 4 weeks to process my claim, although they processed my order in a few minutes. I now have to package up the bra, with all the email paperwork and the photo and take them to the Post Office to return to them. I've spent several hours answering emails, taking photos, printing information and now have to package the bra and return it via the Post Office. I assume this laborious process is to discourage people from returning faulty goods. I won't be buying from them again. I should have read the poor reviews BEFORE purchasing.
Dodgy “sale” prices - for shame!
Received an email saying they were doing 40% off storewide. Really need some new pillows so I thought great! Get onto the website, go to pillows, get to my favourite one that I’ve been buying for years, only to see a massively inflated price with “40%” taken off, bringing it “down” to the regular price. Quickly googled the pillow to bring up other store prices, just to make sure I was right and the pillow hadn’t just gone up drastically in price, but no - prices in other stores confirmed it. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy!
Never use this shop
I bought a comforter cost $98 dollar found else where for $35, I also ordereda dinerset at the same time. Has taken 5 weeks to send it. I contacted customer service no answer to my question at all. Pays to shop around, they are expensive and no customer service.

Do not trust their online customer service
I purchased 3 identical mens jackets for my nephews and husband on June 26.
1 arrived faulty, 1 was missing a part and the other was ok.
They told me to return the faulty jacket for an exchange. I have chased the order for 1 month and after calling them again today, I was told its out of stock. Today is July 26. Exactly 1 month from my purchase date.
As soon as i noticed the faulty jacket i called them and was told they would put the replacement aside but no one bothered to do that. I’ve had to chase them for 1 month!!!!
