Every online order, gets cancelled 24 hrs later - they advertise non stocked goods.
I ordered an airfryer oven a month ago online, the order was cancelled by Harris scarf 3 days later and refunded 5 days later. I paid for a different model airfryer oven 3 nights ago, got an email that its not in stock. I paid $399 for an e scooter lunchtime Monday online, they cancelled it this morning as its not in stock. STOP ADVERTISING GOODS THAT YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF SUPPLYING, massive waste of my time, and I can't spend elsewhere as I've got $800 frozen on my card in pending refunds from H.S. Not happy at all.

I should have checked the reviews before I bought the product online
I purchased a cast-iron casserole which was reduced by 40%. I thought I had a really good deal until I saw that there's a chip on the lid. I only saw it when I was washing it after I used it for the first time. I guess it doesn't affect my cooking but it just looked unsightly.

Pleasantly Surprised - Very Happy Customer
I must admit, I placed my first two orders with the Harris Scarfe on-line store before reading any on-line reviews. I don't normally do this after being burnt by another retailer a few years back. After reading the reviews here I was a bit worried, however I must say that my orders were packed and shipped within days of them being placed.
The delivery was on time, the items were packed carefully and they both items arrived as described and undamaged.
I would definitely shop with and recommend Harris Scarfe on-line. My experience has been awesome.

Was very nervous about order after reading the reviews here, wrote to customer support. Feedback was given within 24 hours. Complete order was delivered in 8 business days. Would order again.
Only one item from my order arrived
I ordered several items ten days ago. Received tracking number for all the items supposedly being delivered together and only one Item arrives. Have emailed them and awaiting a response. Don’t think they are geared up for online deliveries.

The best chopping board for your home
On Saturday 22nd August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers Acacia Cutting Board Medium for $19.97 with postage of $10 for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it to chop things while I am cooking for when my family and friends come over. The staff were amazing and the service was fantastic because they delivered it to me with Express Post for free, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.
I am not complaining about the product. Two glass coffee mugs. But the packaging was way(!!!) over the top. Four metres of bubble wrap at least. And on a box large enough to hold a very large microwave. For two mugs. Why???? So much landfill.

Quick postage and easy to purchase
Fantastic prices available on site, and free postage with the minimum postage was perfect as I needed a few items for my kitchen. I've since used all products purchased and all are perfect just as advertised

Sad they are closing
The layout of the store Airport West store was fine , clear big signage as too where some items are would make a big difference. It was neat and tidy too.
There where prices up for some items but not all which was a bit annoying.
We bought stone pots and pans and we were very happy with these easy to clean products literally no more scrubbing. We bought plates Maxwell Williams and some loose items too and pillows were at a good price too. Will be back before they close.
Staff at register needed a boost me up they gave customer service without a smile . Only one floor staff visible and no assistance was given either. But considering they might be affected with the job losses I can surpass that.
Will be back to buy more
Everything I’ve brought from Harris Scarfe has been great quality! I have recently just brought a healthy choice dehydrator and also a wool quilt, both have been fantastic, the staff are always helpful and friendly
Poor customer service
Husband and I visited the Rundle Mall Adelaide around 8pm-9pm on 6 Dec 2019. Prior to that, we have been in and out several luggage stores to look for affordable quality luggage. I went back to the Harris Scarfe store to look and decided to buy the antler juno 11 4.4 kg luggage with the request for price match. Staff informed us that they can do so with the same color and looked at the Myer website which offered the luggage at $30 less. Another elederly lady was assisting a younger staff as to our inquiries. We asked for a black one if any was ...on stock because they have the last one available on display which was scratched and seem to have been used. Without looking at their inventory level from the computer, The elderly lady informed that no stock is available. I was prepared to buy the turquoise color instead and same lady answered curtly none is available . She answered without understanding my question when there was several on display! The younger lady directed us to grab the bag as she says she cannot leave the counter when there were three of them standing there at about 5 mins to close. My experience at Harris Scarfe was disappointing, not helpful and rude service by staff if not trained are incompetent to front customer queries. You are not the only store u know that sells luggages. So we walked out and chance upon the RAA store around the corner which offers the same luggage at considerably half price lesser than what Harris Scarfe is selling. Myers and other shops have cheaper quality products than Harris Scarfe. Dont be fooled

My clothes arrived with security tags still in them. Anyone know how to remove them. I can't go to a store. Thanks. Lyn
I have a card from Harris Scalf I no why I cant get the orders to go through I was on big pond.net au something like that because I winded in with it but I’m with Gmail now my mailing address is [removed]gmail.com sorry for all the trouble I now have or had stuff in cart and cant get through till it’s fixed cheers nola spiers
