Great After Sales Support and Customer Service
Since April 2021 I have purchased two TV's that unfortunately had manufacturers faults simply as a result of bad luck!
Samsung are incredibly painful to deal with in regards to warranty claims so I appreciate the Harvey Norman Booval TV sales team assisting with the process. This was for a faulty power board on a Samsung TU8000 75" TV purchased online. Harvey Norman Booval were my local store to contact about the warranty claim.
My LG OLED TV was price matched after purchase, within 7 days as it went on sale elsewhere. After a few days it dev...eloped a line down the centre of the screen. The fault was resolved within hours of reporting it to Harvey Norman Booval and I received a replacement TV the following day! This was for an LG 48" C1 OLED TV. Overall I am thankful for the TV sales team at Booval in regards to their after sales support. As a customer who's purchased a lot of products at this store and Harvey Norman Online, I am happy to recommend Harvey Norman to others.
With a bit of trouble came through with my claim.
If you have to get an assessment done on a faulty item make sure the person doesn’t put the word “broken” in the assessment as it will be possibly assumed you broke it not that the item is just not functioning.

Goulburn NSW Store - Superb Customer Service
I purchase a Waccom tablet online, recieved the item three months later, sadly was faulty, Harvey Norman Online customer service extremely poor and you are required to submit your online enquiry through an online bot replys to email extremely slow (week later) Staff from the Harvey Norman Store Goulburn NSW came to the rescue and we got a replacement tablet so quick and seamlessly. I will not purchase through Harvey Norman online again, I am going straight to the store.
Shoutout to Harvey Norman Erina
Anytime I have dealt with Harvey Norman Erina they have been fantastic and my latest example is no different. I've bought and returned 2 LG OLED's which have been faulty with screen issues and each time Harvey Norman without much fuss have organised a new TV to be delivered to me the next day.
Obviously these issues shouldn't happen at all (But this is LG's fault for a $4,000 TV not Harvey Norman's), but the fact the store treats the customer well and has their back is all you could ask for. I had a similar issue with a similarly priced TV 3 years ago at Bing Lee and received no help at all even from head office, so I appreciate good service when I get it.
