I would like to take this opportunity to thank Loc Bui from the Audio Visual Team. He is fantastic!! Truly a wonderful support through the entire process of purchasing our Oled TV. His knowledge is 2nd to none - Great guy with who is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Best rep i have ever spoken to in Harvey Norman! I highly recommend speaking to him ! A++ Product and service! Thanks Loc, we will be back to speak to you for all future purchases from Harvey Norman!

I traveled 1 hour to the Auburn flagship store. Arrived looking for the 43” Samsung Frame. Was told it wasn’t in stock. I had looked at the website before the drive, it confirmed that it was. I arrive the sales team were watching the Grand Prix. I found someone working and they said they don’t have it on site - it’s at the warehouse which closes at 5pm. All information on the website says it closes at 5.30pm and that the TV is in stock in Auburn. Rather than leaving in a huff I asked to speak to staff to see if there was some that could be done - like update the website at least. No chance. And a waste of time.

Recently we purchased a new phone and TV from the Kangaroo Flat store in Bendigo. The knowledge of the sales person and the customer service was excellent. Delivery out to our property was on schedule so overall we had a good shopping experience.

I went to purchase at Harvey Norman Osborne Park. I asked if I could return the item for change of mind and the woman serving me gave me a very unclear answer. Another two different answers were given from the manager and another sales person that I consulted. The reason why I was asking was last time I was told that it would be no problem to return for change of mind but when I brought it back the next day with the box and all, the sales assistant actually complained to my face about it. Read more small electrical and was told I could return it no problem for change of mind but was told in the bedding section that I was not able to return electric blankets. Only to be told that it was a franchise and that different owners owned different parts of the store. Fine if they were trading under different names but not if it is the one store. The sales person also denied that there ever items were able to be returned for change of mind but I know that I have done so in the past 6 months. I asked him if their policy had changed and he just denied that that was ever the case. I would avoid purchasing from this or any franchised store. They cannot be following the policies of Fair Trading if they aren't making it clear what their returns policy actually is. Consumer Law is quite clear in stating that what the information that a sales person gives is a binding agreement. I brought a Samsung 75inch qn800a from the morayfield Harvey Norman. Upon getting it home I realised it was missing the little plastic bag. No hassle at all Jason quickly resolved the issue for me.
A few hours in to the viewing experience we had some issues with the picture freezing. A quick phone call to Jason again he happily ran me through a couple procedures to solve the issue. Unfortunately they didn't help the issue.

Read moreor weeks before they could get any sort of help from the suppliers, but no issue at all TV was replaced with a brand new one and I was even offered pick up and delivery of the new item. Replacement so far is exceptional quality looking forward to getting to know it better. All in all what could have been a horrible experience was avoided by amazing understanding staff.- 4 reviews

I had to return a faulty laptop for replacement today. Staff went above and beyond to source a replacement, made really informed helpful suggestions and were all round impressive. I brought my pleasant experience up at gym later in the day and the instructor related a similar experience she’d had last week. (Service wise). Something really impressive is going on with the electronics franchise in Launceston. One staff member said they work from an ethical base and my experience of their performance seems to reflect this. Highly recommend.

HN are very selective on what reviews they publish on their webpage
So now it looks like they're keeping brands happy by filtering the reviews on their webpage, seriously!
I bought a keyboard mouse combo in store, the sales lady (while lovely) didn't know much about the product and basically read the box in answer to my questions. I decided to try it out and bought the combo package to find it's not working as expected with dropouts and lagging performance.

We value your contribution but unfortunately it did not meet all our review guidelines." If guidelines include not telling customers exactly what happens with certain products they are not showing clear and unbiased opinions ... I was not told what guidelines this review failed to meet was it the fact I mentioned a kmart keyboard???? ""doesn't work well with mac mini m1 bought this set to replace kmart keyboard and plugin HP mouse. The mouse is useless, it jumps around the screen unpredictably, the keyboard is laggy and doesn't respond as well as my $10 kmart bluetooth keyboard that is on it's last legs.""Related Articles

I purchased a Samsung QLED 55 inch TV from Harvey Norman Morayfield. I had difficulty with the TV for a number of reasons and it was certainly not the TV I needed to satisfy my needs. I called HN and spoke to one of the salesman, Andrew, telling him about my problems. He put me on hold for a minute and then came back and said I should bring the TV back for an exchange. Read more I ended up buying the LG and Andrew then did the computer work and I ended up receiving the full refund for the Samsung even though they could no longer sell it as a new TV. The customer service from Andrew and Josh was outstanding and I recommend, if you need a new TV, go to HN Morayfield and you will be well looked after.- 2 reviews
I moved out of house with bag of clothes to an empty apt… tax season sale was on. Excellent consultant recommended and helped me out choose ryt products for just $1500 equiped my house bottom mount black fridge ,under laying mat for it, washing machine , stick vacuum cleaner, rice cooker , electric blanket, heaters and heaps of little things from the Richmond store. One stop best experience.

The best service while selecting a TV for my bedroom, visited 4 different stores I was shown deleted models with shocking prices because of high demand and no stock !!!
Team O'Connor so proud of you , Regan was brilliant helpful, polite and professional, Tony the installer recommended was very efficient at his work and polite.
Please if anyone is looking for Appliance do visit this store. Jo in small appliances is very helpful and haas very good product knowledge.

Upon entry into the store I noted how visually pleasing the display areas were and also how each section was marked with signage which allowed me easy navigation to the Mobile Phone department which is what I was wanting. There was a large array of mobile phones on offer which offered great choice and many interactive stands to test out these phones. I was offered a choice of Samsung, iPhone, Oppo and Huawei to name a few. Upon looking and examining many models I finally settled on a Samsung S21 which offer a big screen with brilliant resolution and exceptional zoom capacity. The phone also has artificial intelligence which allows me to capture shots simultaneously and with a large storage capacity the choice was perfect for my needs.- 8 reviews
So much to choose from. It can become very confusing. Booval Harvey Normans is a very well kept, clean store. Needed a laptop for business purposes. I liked what I ended up with but felt like I didn't have a choice. Went way over budget, but that's my fault. Had told the salesman what I wanted to spend, but was shown things all more expensive. But still happy with my purchase.

I have purchased four smart TVs within 3 years from Harvey Norman. Service was great ! And good quality of product highly recommend Samsung smart TVs easy to set up apps for your Netflix or YouTube account for the kids high definition good sound. I have no defaults on this product at all
