So much to choose from. It can become very confusing. Booval Harvey Normans is a very well kept, clean store. Needed a laptop for business purposes. I liked what I ended up with but felt like I didn't have a choice. Went way over budget, but that's my fault. Had told the salesman what I wanted to spend, but was shown things all more expensive. But still happy with my purchase.

I have purchased four smart TVs within 3 years from Harvey Norman. Service was great ! And good quality of product highly recommend Samsung smart TVs easy to set up apps for your Netflix or YouTube account for the kids high definition good sound. I have no defaults on this product at all
How to experience buying something without getting any help to choose the right one
I walked into Harvey Norman expecting a salesperson to come over and enquire to my visit but to my surprise first salesperson finished with client I tried to engage his services but he had to answer his mobile second person finished and after I asked her for help she told me she would find someone to help me as she was going to lunch so with such great service I decided to leave the shop
Found the buying experience of laptop computer comfortable and very positive. Having been supplied by laptop by employer, Tahmi was patient, courteous, respectful, commercial and efficient. We bought the Ausus Zenbook and look forward to productive and trouble free use going forward.

We recently purchased a MacBook pro from the stores in West Melbourne region. Even though we were changing mind often about the product they did not rush and were happy to oblige by going through the product features. When we ultimately exchanged our laptop for a HP Pavilion they were happy to refund the difference in costs. Very happy.

I'm very happy with the Harvey Norman Osborne Park and the Team, great range of laptops, very knowledgeable staff and matched a cheaper price of another store without any hesitation.

Waited around 15 minutes to be served by someone. Eventually I was assisted and the assistance was fantastic from that point onwards. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go back for any electronic needs.

Staff at the store was approachable ,e and friendly, answered any questions or concerns that I had in relation to recent laptop purchase. Downside was the amount of upwelling that went on until I could take my item to the register. Other than that was great service and great products

i love coming here its a great shop, the staff are always good and the range is great but the prices are what kills me. i get confused when prices are 20% others.

Store well laid out which makes it very easy to navigate. The designated staff in each department are knowledgeable and helpful, providing me with different options to make an informed decision.
Products purchased were of excellent quality and no issues at all!
Not a bad word to say about any of them :)they don’t rush you even when it’s closing time they treat u the same way as u arrived until they send ya off

I went to my local harvey norman and asked if i could purchase an iphone with Cash and they said no! i had to be on a plan if i wanted an iphone! this is silly

Happy with the end result, but communications and accuracy was BAD
Went to Moss Vale to purchase as Samsung 4K TV. Was helped by a knowledgeable sales assistant. We had a model in mind but as it happened, the newer model had a special promotional pricing. Our helpful sales assistant, Tyler, kindly set up the two models side by side with the same content so we could compare the TVs. Our conclusion was it was worthwhile spending the extra few hundred on the newer model but we wanted to be sure this large TV would fit on our existing TV stand so we took measurements and headed home. Read moree to Tyler to place the order and paid the deposit over the phone. Tyler advised that one of his colleagues would follow up when the stock would be available and contact me. I asked him to email the invoice through for the deposit. The cost of the TV had jumped overnight from the ticketed price of $1695 to $1995. HUH! I had made a point when placing the order of quoting the ticketed price. I visited the store again the following business day. Tyler wasn't working but another staff member amended the invoice back to the price. (The ticketed price of $1695 was still displayed on the TV.) There was no proactive communication about the available stock. I just called every few days to check on its whereabouts. I would have preferred to be told that I would need to call to follow through rather than being advised at time of sale that the sales assistant or his colleague would call me to advise of status of order.- 3 reviews
I was looking to buy a Microwave oven. Found a good product on shelve. Using it for 04 months and have not noticed any abnormality .
