With a bit of trouble came through with my claim.
If you have to get an assessment done on a faulty item make sure the person doesn’t put the word “broken” in the assessment as it will be possibly assumed you broke it not that the item is just not functioning.
city shop is GREAT
easy to navigate shop, massive selection, the staff were very friendly, also appreciative of them ensuring social distancing is in place. I will admit a little pricy but good value
Store was well laid out, with plenty of products to sample/review. I went into the store to buy a different product, but the salesman showed me advantages of the alternative I actually did buy.

Good stores for variety. Can't beat it.
We recently purchased a MacBook pro from the stores in West Melbourne region. Even though we were changing mind often about the product they did not rush and were happy to oblige by going through the product features. When we ultimately exchanged our laptop for a HP Pavilion they were happy to refund the difference in costs. Very happy.

ASUS Laptop at Harvey Norman
Store had everything we were looking for with lots of options to choose from. The computer guys were knowledgeable to help us find the right product with the specifications we wanted.

Good range and they matched best price
I bought several kitchen appliances. I looked around at different stores and at different Harvey Normans as well as online. The quality of information and approach varied between sales staff. By the time I decided on what I wanted, the woman at HN Coburg North was very good to do the deal with. Matched best quotes. Good delivery arrangements too.

Happy with the end result, but communications and accuracy was BAD
Went to Moss Vale to purchase as Samsung 4K TV. Was helped by a knowledgeable sales assistant. We had a model in mind but as it happened, the newer model had a special promotional pricing. Our helpful sales assistant, Tyler, kindly set up the two models side by side with the same content so we could compare the TVs. Our conclusion was it was worthwhile spending the extra few hundred on the newer model but we wanted to be sure this large TV would fit on our existing TV stand so we took measurements and headed home. I called the next day and spok...e to Tyler to place the order and paid the deposit over the phone. Tyler advised that one of his colleagues would follow up when the stock would be available and contact me. I asked him to email the invoice through for the deposit. The cost of the TV had jumped overnight from the ticketed price of $1695 to $1995. HUH! I had made a point when placing the order of quoting the ticketed price. I visited the store again the following business day. Tyler wasn't working but another staff member amended the invoice back to the price. (The ticketed price of $1695 was still displayed on the TV.) There was no proactive communication about the available stock. I just called every few days to check on its whereabouts. I would have preferred to be told that I would need to call to follow through rather than being advised at time of sale that the sales assistant or his colleague would call me to advise of status of order.
A good Sale item
I was looking to buy a Microwave oven. Found a good product on shelve. Using it for 04 months and have not noticed any abnormality .
This brand has layers of process which customers are asked to follow.
