Very organized displays. Sales reps are very helpful everytime i go there to check on products. They can give suggestions and can work out best price for you. Promotions are always there and most of the time is very tempting to buy.

Terrible delivery service and damaged my wall
I ordered a modular sofa over $2,000 and paid for delivery + installation. The delivery guys were rude and careless and damaged the staircase wall while bringing the boxes in. Also did a very bad job in installation and the sofa wasnt fixed properly, now the connections hanging on one bolt instead of two.
I rang the store I purchased, and they gave me an email address, when I wrote to that email no one replied over a month now. Really disappointed about the customer service and care of Harvey Norman.

Bought a three piece lounge made by the manufacturer called Synargy. At synergy.com.nz.
Harvey Norman sells it, and the cushion is so weak that only a few months later, its concaved in one spot and a little less in another. When you sit in the spot its like a hole that you fall into. The cushion doesn't bounce back like it did in the first few weeks. It has a one year warranty and the cushion put into it is really bad quality. Terrible Customer Service- rude and unprofessional Store Manager
On 26 May 2019, I purchased a lounge set from Harvey Norman Castle Hill store for $3,009 (Original price $3,239 less Discount $230). Finally the lounge arrived on 18 Sep after so many promises but store charged the full amount $3,239 instead of $3,009 from my Go Master Card. Later I contacted to the sales person and raised that issue. Sale person escalated it to her store manager (Jignesh) as she wasn't able to resolve it. In early October I physically went to the store and spoken with the store manager about that issue and I was promised by ...him that the money ($230) will be reimburse into my account within a week. It almost six weeks since then but money hasn't been reimbursed into my account. This morning I therefore call the store manager and ask about my refund. However, the guy (Jignesh) was so aggressive and refuse to answer my questions. One stage he accused me falsely that I told him "money is in his pocket" what I never said to him. Unbelievable rudeness and absolutely unprofessional manner - as a result I had to stop talking with him. Think before you visit to the Castle Hill Store - better to avoid that store.
Happy to sell you an expensive lounge from a dodgy manufacturer and no customer service
We bought an expensive leather lounge 18 weeks ago from Harvey, from the moment it arrived it was wrong, no real customer service, 8 weeks later the manufacturer comes out and says its our carpet, even though a spurt level shows our carpet is level, they want to send us some blocks of wood to sort out this expensive lounge, when we got upset, they are now sending another guy out with more bs! Shame on you

This was the worst shopping experience ever. Total lacking of customer service, they just dont care once you have ordered and paid. Late delivery, no communication, no information, no one gives a damn. Never again Harvey Norman. You have just lost another customer.

Bought outside fridge with the bench back in September 2019. Promised will arrive in 4 weeks time. Called on 17th of November that has arrived finally?!?!?!?
I asked to get some sort of reimbursement like free delivery because of the long wait. Delivery promised and organised for 21st of Nov.
Called in the morning that delivery is on the way in next few minutes I asked for 10-15 wait because of the traffic got abused over the phone told not to be smart and so on. There was a change to be given back $26.00 not a word mentioned from delivery guy that he is going to give it or not. Put the money in his pocket and left without saying anything.
Wow it looks like tip these days are non negotiable its a must

Horrible customer service and relation and definitely poor in communication. Very poor training of the staffs. They do not even bother to reply to written complaints.Never again Harvey Norman. Do not take customers for granted.

Late delivery and lack of communication
I bought a matters on 3th of November in Harvey Norman located at Supacenta Kensington NSW, and the seller said they should deliver on next Saturday on 9th. So I didnt work on Saturday waiting for the deliver and until now I havent got any contact from them. My husband called them on Sunday asking about, and they said they would call us on Monday to book the delivery. I havent heard from them until now. Im very disappointed and frustrated with Harvey Norman service. I would not recommend.

Attention to Detail!
My husband and I went to Marion Harvey Norman's to look at mattresses etc. We were looked after by a lovely young man by the name of Steve. He was so well informed on all details of mattresses and bases etc. Steve went out of his way to help us with answers to questions we had regarding the beds etc. We would thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone else looking for advice and fabulous service he provided. Thank you again Steve.
Fantastic store, fantastic service and would recommend everyone to get to this store. Very professional sales staff. Should especially mention the Sales Consultant (Rohan) at Harvey Norman Furniture section, and the Furniture Franchise Owner (Marcus), were true professionals who supported us in getting what we need and the financing as well.
It was very easy to get around the store and find what we wanted as everything in the same category was close by together. Happy with the selection.
And very professional delivery staff too.
Ok but not perfect
We ordered lounge and dining table and chairs. One of the chairs arrived damaged. There was a fair bit of ring around until it was sorted out and they eventually replaced the chair. it took a while, so I assume they had to order another themselves. It just took too long for a simple replacement piece
We bought Bed, TV, washing machine, fridge from Harvey Norman. They are little pricy than other shops but comes with wide range of variety and wonderful service. All are good

My husband is terminally ill and we had to have an adjustable bed with a companion bed. Because it was NDIS funded we had to go through Bluesky Healthcare and they were wonderful; however we did not like their bed surrounds. In our world of hospital equipment I wanted something pretty in my bedroom. It was not easy to find a bedding place that could help and one caused us a lot of misinformation, waste of time and disappointment. Anyway we then went to Harvey Normand Midland and I spoke to the proprietor Anca Beliti of the bedding department an...d after many consultations between Anca, Blueskye Healthcare, our OT and the manufacturer of the bed surround, a plan was drawn up by Danielle, one of Ancas employees. Because of the special features on my husbands side of the bed, it was imperative that the measurements were exact. The frame was delivered yesterday and Anca and Danielle personally came to the house to assemble the frame around the bed for me (at no extra cost) they took away all the packaging so that I would not have to worry about it. There are some really compassionate people in this world and Anca and Danielle certainly went above and beyond, the bed looks beautiful and I am so grateful to Anca for making this happen, thank you.
Finally my bed is comfortable
My bed is know so comfortable after purchasing a matress topper from Harvey Norman. I thought I would need to buy a new matress, but this matress topper makes my matress feel like it's brand new

I bought the bed in store at Noosaville. It was a good experience, the person who helped me choose was wonderful. The DELIVERY was terrible. The man involved was rude and unhelpful from the start, he refused to move the old bed from the bedroom, wanted $30 dollars to do this. We had already carried an old bed out of the house to be taken away and paid for this. We declined giving him the $30 and did it ourselves. He was grumpy .

I bought sofa, took 5 months for delivery. Customer service is not professional. Lengthy process and now waiting for a warranty claim resolution for furniture used only for 5 months

You need to talk to them about the delay and find out if they are waiting on the product to be delivered to them to on deliver to you. They may have it stuck on the dock. You would be entitled to cancel I am sure but then you may have to wait a while for your new order. Talking to them would be the best resolution
