Healthstream Economy Exercise Bench

This is a good entry level bench. It is not made for a tall or big person. I received this bench from a mate so it was second hand when I got it. It had always been left undercover but outside. It has been a reliable and trusty bench however its size is a little problem for myself. I would suggest that this would suit a smaller and or shorter person.
As the bench is quiet low to the ground the leg extension became useless to me as my feet where on the ground .
I would recommend this product to a person that suits it.
