Good customer service but gift box had small tears – Ordered a bottle of Hennessy specifically because it was in a box and if was for a gift, unfortunately the box had small tears in it. Contacted hellodrinks and they provided a credit and were easy to deal with.

the order was delivered(this is not customers problem, it’s their courier partners and their issues, how can they hold your money). In total I had to wait more than 20days to get my money back, I should have read the reviews before ordering, I saw similar reviews about their poor shipping process. EOD when as you order like a customer the only expectation is that your order will be delivered.

Delivery is too slow – I placed an order on Friday afternoon January 21st 2022, and I received "your order is confirmed" email. However it was not until January 26th at 11.13pm at night I finally received an email that my order was "dispatched". I live in inner Sydney and It wasn't until Friday the 28th January 2022 I finally received my order. Don’t waste your time with this company – I ordered two drinks from them. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the drinks, for a refund or another delivery. Customer service doesn’t exist. Avoid this company like the plague. I had to give them 1 star so I could write the review. -10/5 stars.

wrong product. Contacted customer service - crickets for another week -emailed again saying I would lodge a transaction dispute if they didn't response. Nothing for another two days -lodged a transaction dispute with card provider, then the next day magically they get back to me. Offered to provide me the correct product (with no details of the process involved) or a $15 refund to accept what they sent
At this point I had zero confidence in them getting me what I'd actually ordered without more pain and time wasting, so accepted the refund. Took another week and another follow-up email but finally received the refund.
Overall would say order at your own risk. If something goes wrong, you'll be wasting a chunk of your life trying to get them to resolve it.
I should note, they also provided a $10 credit to use in their app for another order by way of apology - but my customer service experience was so bad, I certainly won't be taking advantage of it.
Not worth the hassle – 2nd time using this service. Blown out delivery time using cheap delivery services.
