Hello Drinks

Can’t believe it takes so long – I ordered my items on April 15th believing I would have them in less than a week.Here we are on day 12 and still no delivery.Needless to say I won’t be shopping here again.

send more messages asking for my money back. No reply. I open an incident with Catch which "times out". Still no refund. More days go by. No communication. Just taking money and keeping it. Surely this must be illegal?

Best price and super quick delivery – Thank you Hello Drinks for great priced Bulmers cider. I love this cider, and when I can have it delivered for more than @20 less than Dans, per slab, how could I go wrong? Deliver was within a few days.

Impeccable Customer Service – I had placed an order with HelloDrinks and was concerned my order would not come in time for my event due to the floods! The FB Messenger customer service tracked my order and changed it to a local delivery so I’m beyond thankful they went out of their way to accomodate for my needs and urgency as a customer! Delivery is too slow – I placed an order on Friday afternoon January 21st 2022, and I received "your order is confirmed" email. However it was not until January 26th at 11.13pm at night I finally received an email that my order was "dispatched". I live in inner Sydney and It wasn't until Friday the 28th January 2022 I finally received my order. Yes I know that Australia Day (public holiday) was on the 26th January 2022, but I still felt that the delivery was too slow.

Product never recieved by Hello Drinks – I purchased a bottle of rum online, they used a cheap delivery service who left the parcel on my door step in plain sight and it was stolen. When i contacted them about this they stopped replying to my emails. Would not recommend using Hello Drinks

Don’t waste your time with this company – I ordered two drinks from them. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the drinks, for a refund or another delivery. Customer service doesn’t exist. Avoid this company like the plague. I had to give them 1 star so I could write the review. -10/5 stars.

Terrible company – I will take this action to ACCC, I contact to Australia post and they need proof of damaged but hello drinks refused. Just law can stop this frud company.

wrong product. Contacted customer service - crickets for another week -emailed again saying I would lodge a transaction dispute if they didn't response. Nothing for another two days -lodged a transaction dispute with card provider, then the next day magically they get back to me. Offered to provide me the correct product (with no details of the process involved) or a $15 refund to accept what they sent

At this point I had zero confidence in them getting me what I'd actually ordered without more pain and time wasting, so accepted the refund. Took another week and another follow-up email but finally received the refund.

Overall would say order at your own risk. If something goes wrong, you'll be wasting a chunk of your life trying to get them to resolve it.

I should note, they also provided a $10 credit to use in their app for another order by way of apology - but my customer service experience was so bad, I certainly won't be taking advantage of it.

Not worth the hassle – 2nd time using this service. Blown out delivery time using cheap delivery services. Excuses all over the place and only when you confront them with the real facts does someone actually do some work and looks for the delivery and organises to get it to you...by then youve found another bottle shop and youre out of pocket. checking backstage analogy which just proves how ignorant they are...not worth the grief. Order took over 1mth and arrived well and truly past its required date. Unprofessional, unorganised, expensive waste of time. No attempt to sort it out or compensate.

Don’t waste your money! – I order nearly $300 worth of alcohol for my birthday and one of the bottles was out of stock, they didn’t contact me about this, just sent a bottle of spiced rum instead of white rum thinking I wouldn’t notice. considering they knew they were out of stock and there’s no way in hell I’m ordering from this company again. Now because I’ve told them that’s not good enough they’ve stopped reply. 100% do not waste your money, the stuff around when they screw up your order is not worth it.

[Content Removed]! – I ordered alcohol back at the beginning of February and still not order. I’ve been told my order went to NSW in error and that another has been sent… but still no order. They are now ignoring my emails requesting a refund.

Very slow – Ordered my NYE drinks on the 23rd December got them a week after Nyrs, gave them a 2nd try waited 2 weeks again, the third and final try as I thought holidays were over so I ordered Australia Day drinks on the it’s been a week still nothing. Disappointed, I have a disability so can’t carry thought this was answer.

Is it really 1 to 3 days delivery? – The website is easy to order off but I'm concerned as I paid extra to have my delivery delivered within 1 to 3 business day but the rating here are terrible. Why advertise 1 to 3 days if you can't do it because of delays, honestly? Show reply

stock anymore. If you go on their website it’s still available to purchase and nothing states the item is unavailable or delayed. This company is misleading and I wouldn’t trust it or purchase from it especially if you are wanting to purchase anything for Xmas time. Honesty is the best policy and this company and the customer service representative I discussed this with is not!

Slow and unresponsive – I ordered a bottle jack Daniels 750ml on Friday I asked how long for delivery and no response So I asked again no response I went to bed woke up asked again no response so after the entire day with no response other than we have received your message, nothing so I have asked for a refund because I'd like the alcohol but not in a week or two..
