Amazing customer service
Although the dress I ordered was too big and I had to return the customer service was great. The staff member Frankie was very polite and immediately took action to deliver a refund for my dress. Very quick reply and lovely interaction.
Fabulous Customer Service, Love this Brand!
I've bought a few products from Hello Molly and have always been impressed with the fit and quality. I was very disappointed when I ordered a jumpsuit that had a faulty neckline, as I still loved the piece so much and was looking forward to wearing it on several occasions. To my mistake, I did not return the item within 30 days, so I decided to try to contact customer service since I realized there was absolutely no way to fix the neckline. I spoke with Zofia, who was very helpful in helping arrange an exchange for me. She was super sweet, informative and prompt! I look forward to more purchases with Hello Molly in the future and highly recommend them for their products and amazing customer service. :)

The website is easy to use and they always have great new items to choose from.
The quality of the garments is always excellent and I love looking at the site regularly.
So glad I didn't read some of these negative reviews on here before ordering as it would've put me off but I just received 4 beautiful dresses within 48 hours. I seriously don't get what those women are on about. I love the styles and the quality is pretty damn good. I guess you just can't please everyone!

Excellent customer service! They go above and beyond and are very quick at replying too. Frankie is amazing (give a pay rise) ;) helped me with a return/refund and was very understanding. Clothes are top quality also, can’t fault. Thanks Frankie, you are the best.

Lovely dresses and such great customer service from Frankie. I bought a dress which was slightly too small and Frankie was friendly and helped me gain a refund and order a larger size within the hour. Very happy!

Do not be fooled by the pictures! Sent back a dress and had to use a store credit since they do not refund, the dress is thin and see through! Never buying from hello molly again and definitely not suggesting them to others!

Great Service & Great clothes/products
Ive been purchasing from Hello Molly all year and have found the delivery to be extra quick compared to other online shops shipping to WA. And the service is excellent and its very easy to return items and quick to receive your store credit in your account. The quality of their clothes is very good and fit me perfectly, you have to order quick otherwise they sell out of the small size very quick. I also really like the tanning products and sticky bras.
Not even worth rating
The sizing is completely out. Quality is poor. You have to pay for the privilege of returning the item and you only get store credit. Spend your money elsewhere, I would definitely not recommend.
Amazing Customer Service
I am not one to ever write reviews, but Frankie from hellomolly and the DHL company deserves 10 stars combined. I purchased 2 dresses from hellomolly with the expedited shipping for a last minute event. Even with the regular shipping they would've been here on time, but I didn't want to risk it. There was a tracking error and unfortunatley they did not come in time. The women from DHL were informative, kind, sympatic, and followed up with me when I called. I'm not sure how they made it work, but it seemed like they sent my package from OH to CT...with warp speed. I decided to keep one of the dresses for a future event, but wanted to return the other. Being a broke college student I was bummed that I paid for the expedited shipping and had to pay to return it because it didnt come on time.I sent an email to hellomolly explaining my situation in hopes of getting the shipping label fee waived. Within hours I got a delightful and concise email from Frankie part of the Customer Love/Service team stating that it was no problem at all, apologized for the inconvenience and had the shipping label attached. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful, you definitely made a broke/ and stressful college students life much easier!! Best, Taylor, 21

I have several long/formal dresses from Hello Molly. They all fit perfectly (which sometimes I panic about ordering on line and being really tall) but I have never had an issue with these dresses and they are amazing quality! Maggie from Customer Love is amazing and solved my query in one email, which allowed me to purchase another two dresses! Do yourself a favour ladies... get on it!

Customer service is amazing
Had a faulty item arrive and the customer service was amazing with helping me solve the problem. I didn’t want to send the item back due to being sold out but they compromised to a discount code for my next purchase. Really pleased!!

I had issues with my login account for Hello Molly & sent through an email to Customer Service.
I got a response back from Gwen & with her patience and effort with back and forth emails she resolved the issue & got my login details sorted and I was then able to login. Fantastic Customer Service, always responded promptly and went above and beyond to help, which was much appreciated.

Best service ever I recently purchased several dresses from hello molly and I was sooooo happy with how easy the online website was to navigate and purchase from more importantly the customer service was impeccable so prompt and quick to respond to email and enquiry and such a pleasure to deal with. Once I received the items I was even more satisfied the quality was excellent All in all I would and already have purchased more items from hello molly

Only tip I have is if you are tall like me (I'm 5'11) I would buy a size up to cover the extra length you need.
Even though I'm a size XS or even XXS usually. I will always buy a S. Just to be on the safe side.
Service not great and items faulty
I have shopped from this site previously with no issues but recently I ordered a dress from this site. I tried it on and it was faulty. I advised them and they issues a refund which I am yet to still receive. I then went to order another 2 dresses as I am in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding coming up. The order was stuffed up and it was done twice which I then had sorted to where I only had 1 order. I was waiting for a week to receive my tracking number as I was guaranteed express shipping. I never received this and I then emailed. I w...as told there were issues and my order was deemed lost and they gave me the option of either a refund, resent or 120% store credit. At that stage I chose for it to be resent. I then never received anything and asked for a refund to which I am still awaiting a reply. Their phone number seems to be disconnected as I have tried phoning a dozen times and also sent a few emails with no reply. I am needing this refund so I can go and purchase something elsewhere. I am owed a refund for 3 dresses and still nothing. They are apparently having “warehouse issues” but I just feel as if I should get some sort of notice and email advising of the issues and would really like my refunds for these items.
Wrote a review but they deleted it to save face
Ordered a dress (“ST LUCIA MIDI DRESS MUSTARD”) and a Star hair clip. I was pretty let down by the quality of both the items, I got these for an event and wasn’t able to wear them and it left me very out of pocket. I am a full time uni student so I don’t really have much money but I thought If I got a nice dress that I can wear to nice events on Afterpay it should be fine, unfortunately the quality and fit was a bit of a let down. The star hair clip doesn’t have any teeth and is pretty cheaply made it doesn’t sit in your hair and just slides do...wn even though my hair is curly (I know slipping hair clips is more common on straight silky hair). The dress fits really oldly even though I’m similar in size to the model and the print was a lot fuller than I thought, I spilt some water on it and the colour came out so now I can’t return it and I can’t ever wash it because the colour will all run off. Just really upset about having to pay $77 for two items I can’t return or ever use. They also got rid of my review so it doesn’t seem like they really want to help me at all.

I was searching for cute dresses and came across Hello Molly through Pinterest. I didn't even know this gem of an online shop existed! Maybe because I'm shopping from the U.S.

When needing a refund the service was amazing!
Absolutely impressed with the fast reply via email when enquiring if it’s possible to return something for a refund. They have looked after me and I’d definitely recommend this company.
All dresses purchased have been fantastic quality, can’t fault the service.
Sent me a damaged dress not once, but twice
I ordered a dress and when it came it had a defect where the sleeves were uneven. Since the dress fit great, I still wanted it so I sent it back, got store credit and ordered the same dress again. I was sent another damaged dress with the same defect, it was almost like I was sent back the dress I returned to them. I made the decision to still shop with them after the 1st mistake but clearly made a lapse in judgement after nothing was done to ensure I wasn't sent a damaged item a second time. Massive waste of my time going out of my way to go m...ail back the dress when this was completely out of my control (ie. I wasn't returning dress because of change of mind or poor fit etc but because I was sent a faulty product twice). Very frustrating because I usually am quite patient with online stores, but I expressed that I still wanted that dress even though the first one was damaged and despite that, still being sent another damaged dress is frankly ridiculous. I liked your clothing but I can't believe what a massive waste of my time this all was. Never shopping or recommending Hello Molly to anyone. On a lighter note, Kar helped me during both return processes and provided great customer service. I do not blame her for these issues because I understand it's out of control of the customer service team. She did all she could to help me and I do appreciate it.
