Hello Molly

Very dissatisfied with support with return of dress. Noone answers phone, goes to message bank. Have emailed numerous times asking if someone can call me.
Also disappointing that you can't get a refund, only store credit

Very disappointed. Quality of the dress i received was very poor, stitched around the side was all wavy and not in straight line. Dress was too short. I had to pay delivery to return the item. I dont want to buy anything else. I need a refund not store credit. I called and customer service was so poor and dont want to refund me.

Okay dress for the price however the colours shown on the website image are alot brighter than the item itself (as you'll see in the pictures) so I was very disappointed. Also not happy that I need to pay to return a poorly advertised item with no refund, only credit given. I'm not sure I want to buy anything else in a case the same thing happens. First and last time shopper here I think.

Fast delivery but the return policy is terrible. I’ve purchased items before that have arrived and either do not match the description, do not fit or are not what I expected. I really dislike the store credit method of refunding customers, I’d much prefer the money paid back to me instead of being out of pocket for an item that isn’t what I wanted and stuck with store credit that I must use just to get my money’s worth/money back. The material of the dress I just received is no where near worth $80. It’s thin with poor stitching. Not what I was expecting.
I can say that it did come the next day. So very fast shipping

Although the dress I ordered was too big and I had to return the customer service was great. The staff member Frankie was very polite and immediately took action to deliver a refund for my dress. Very quick reply and lovely interaction.

Do not be fooled by the pictures! Sent back a dress and had to use a store credit since they do not refund, the dress is thin and see through! Never buying from hello molly again and definitely not suggesting them to others!

Absolutely impressed with the fast reply via email when enquiring if it’s possible to return something for a refund. They have looked after me and I’d definitely recommend this company.

Easy to navigate on the web site, great customer device when I called about a dress out of stock but didn’t offer to let me know when it would be back in.seem to be out of xs a lot of the dresses I loved

the quality and the fit is amazing and for the price tag you get your money worth. the shippng took less then 48 hours which is really reassuring if you have a time crunch in which to get clothes for what every event

I purchased some nice jeans earlier in the year it was easy to find what I was looking for but I wasn’t sure how the jeans would look on me as I do not have the same body type as the models but overall the jeans are really nice

The shipping is so good, arrives so quickly and the quality is great! Nice range of clothes and pretty good prices. Only problem- if you return an item you only get store credit.

Love everything I order, fast shipping and great quality in product. Price point is standard for clothes these days. The outfits are so cute the hardest part is choosing just one. I’ve never had an issue with them before so I highly recommend Hellomolly!
