Amazing customer service
Although the dress I ordered was too big and I had to return the customer service was great. The staff member Frankie was very polite and immediately took action to deliver a refund for my dress. Very quick reply and lovely interaction.
Service not great and items faulty
I have shopped from this site previously with no issues but recently I ordered a dress from this site. I tried it on and it was faulty. I advised them and they issues a refund which I am yet to still receive. I then went to order another 2 dresses as I am in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding coming up. The order was stuffed up and it was done twice which I then had sorted to where I only had 1 order. I was waiting for a week to receive my tracking number as I was guaranteed express shipping. I never received this and I then emailed. I w...
Read moreas told there were issues and my order was deemed lost and they gave me the option of either a refund, resent or 120% store credit. At that stage I chose for it to be resent. I then never received anything and asked for a refund to which I am still awaiting a reply. Their phone number seems to be disconnected as I have tried phoning a dozen times and also sent a few emails with no reply. I am needing this refund so I can go and purchase something elsewhere. I am owed a refund for 3 dresses and still nothing. They are apparently having “warehouse issues” but I just feel as if I should get some sort of notice and email advising of the issues and would really like my refunds for these items.

Sent me a damaged dress not once, but twice
I ordered a dress and when it came it had a defect where the sleeves were uneven. Since the dress fit great, I still wanted it so I sent it back, got store credit and ordered the same dress again. I was sent another damaged dress with the same defect, it was almost like I was sent back the dress I returned to them. I made the decision to still shop with them after the 1st mistake but clearly made a lapse in judgement after nothing was done to ensure I wasn't sent a damaged item a second time. I liked your clothing but I can't believe what a massive waste of my time this all was. Never shopping or recommending Hello Molly to anyone. this store is perfect
the quality and the fit is amazing and for the price tag you get your money worth. the shippng took less then 48 hours which is really reassuring if you have a time crunch in which to get clothes for what every event

Great product
I purchased some nice jeans earlier in the year it was easy to find what I was looking for but I wasn’t sure how the jeans would look on me as I do not have the same body type as the models but overall the jeans are really nice

The shipping is so good, arrives so quickly and the quality is great! Nice range of clothes and pretty good prices. Only problem- if you return an item you only get store credit.

Beautiful items of clothing
Love everything I order, fast shipping and great quality in product. Price point is standard for clothes these days. The outfits are so cute the hardest part is choosing just one. I’ve never had an issue with them before so I highly recommend Hellomolly!

I love using hello molly for all kinds of events and just day to day cute pieces. Sometimes it is hard to cage how things will fit but it is super easy to return things when needed! I have several really great dresses from here that I absolutely love to wear!
