Terrible return policy
Fast delivery but the return policy is terrible. I’ve purchased items before that have arrived and either do not match the description, do not fit or are not what I expected. I really dislike the store credit method of refunding customers, I’d much prefer the money paid back to me instead of being out of pocket for an item that isn’t what I wanted and stuck with store credit that I must use just to get my money’s worth/money back. Especially when there might not be other products I like or love enough to buy at that time. I used to love this st...
Read moreore but now I prefer shopping online at places where I can either choose store credit or my money back if I have to return an item, I always end up shopping there again and again and have the peace of mind that if something isn’t quite right, I can send it back and be refunded how I like. Wish they would update this policy to better reflect customers needs/wants.

Wrote a review but they deleted it to save face
Ordered a dress (“ST LUCIA MIDI DRESS MUSTARD”) and a Star hair clip. I was pretty let down by the quality of both the items, I got these for an event and wasn’t able to wear them and it left me very out of pocket. I am a full time uni student so I don’t really have much money but I thought If I got a nice dress that I can wear to nice events on Afterpay it should be fine, unfortunately the quality and fit was a bit of a let down. Read morewn even though my hair is curly (I know slipping hair clips is more common on straight silky hair). The dress fits really oldly even though I’m similar in size to the model and the print was a lot fuller than I thought, I spilt some water on it and the colour came out so now I can’t return it and I can’t ever wash it because the colour will all run off. Just really upset about having to pay $77 for two items I can’t return or ever use. They also got rid of my review so it doesn’t seem like they really want to help me at all.
