Ula from Hello Molly was amazing! So accommodating and Im very much appreciated for it. She went above and beyond and her friendly service does not go unnoticed, my emails were all responded to within hours or a day! So quick! Customer service and friendliness like this is what every company should be!

When needing a refund the service was amazing!
Absolutely impressed with the fast reply via email when enquiring if it’s possible to return something for a refund. They have looked after me and I’d definitely recommend this company.
All dresses purchased have been fantastic quality, can’t fault the service.
