Customer service poor
Very dissatisfied with support with return of dress. Noone answers phone, goes to message bank. Have emailed numerous times asking if someone can call me.
Also disappointing that you can't get a refund, only store credit

Frankie made my return process so quick and easy. A couple of items did not work out for me and I was offered a store refund. I emailed staying I'd prefer a refund to the card I paid with, and Frankie was very efficient in resolving my concern. I love the quality and style of everything I've ordered from Hello Molly, and I will definitely be ordering more now that I know the customer service is very quick in resolving issues when they come up. Quick Service with a Side of No Way!
My daughter is shopping for cute dresses for college. After purchasing many, I returned some because they were too big. Time passed, so I reached out to @Maggie at Hello Molly through email. Maggie utilized patience and was time efficient in providing me with information and the store credit I wanted. I gotta admit, I made some mistakes in my return process. Maggie was so sweet about my mistakes and provided my daughter a % off code too. - no way !!! No one is that kind anymore. Hello Molly, please know Maggie goes the extra yard and provides an incredible customer experience. Please do what it takes to grow her in your company. We are beyond thrilled !!

I recently ordered a dress from this site that I LOVED but came to realize that it arrived with a stain on it. Ula made a bummer situation not seem so bad! She was super helpful, responded quickly and made sure to check into everything for me to make the process as easy as possible to get the dress returned as reordered. Thank you Ula! Service not great and items faulty
I have shopped from this site previously with no issues but recently I ordered a dress from this site. I tried it on and it was faulty. I advised them and they issues a refund which I am yet to still receive. I then went to order another 2 dresses as I am in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding coming up. The order was stuffed up and it was done twice which I then had sorted to where I only had 1 order. I was waiting for a week to receive my tracking number as I was guaranteed express shipping. I never received this and I then emailed. I w...

I then never received anything and asked for a refund to which I am still awaiting a reply. Their phone number seems to be disconnected as I have tried phoning a dozen times and also sent a few emails with no reply. I am needing this refund so I can go and purchase something elsewhere. I am owed a refund for 3 dresses and still nothing.
