Dress arrived with blood stains
Ordered a dress to wear to an event and it arrived with dried blood stains. I emailed them the same day the dress arrived with photos. Do they not quality check before dispatching?? I am also going to assume this was a returned dress from a previous customer and they simply put it back on the shelf without quality check.Didn’t go out of their way to keep the customer satisfaction and refunded my money after I had to chase it up a couple times though I returned the dress immediately. How are they ok with with stuffing up that bad and not even ... Read moregoing above and beyond to maintain their customers. Have not shopped there since and never will. Honestly won’t waste your time. Their products are low quality, thin, comes with bodily fluids. Shop elsewhere and avoid the headache.

I tried to post an honest review on their website and even though it was verified, they won't post it because it is negative. Much lower quality items than photos or price point suggest. The lining on a $90 dress was sheer (on a dress that wasn't even a light colour). You could see every detail on the nude bra I had underneath it. Tulle was cheap, thin and only 2 layers with rough edges so it kept velcroing back on itself with every move. You could of course see all the poorly placed stitching and loose thread through the tulle.On the up side, they did allow a return for a refund once I explained that the product was very different from the photos. Crappy products and customer service
Very disappointed with quality and can only get store credit when returning goods.Also, items were shipped to me from Auckland, New Zealand, but I've been told I have to return to Australia at a cost if around $50. Poor product, cheap looking products & ridiculous return policy
Poor quality, cheap looking products, size are way too small than normal size, then charged me extra nearly $10 for return and give me only option to refund with store credit. Can’t you understand that I’m already disappointed with your product and service and do not wish to get any other products which poor quality and not even fit me? The most frustrating retail experience I've ever had
First of all, I purchased the dress. However, the quality is terrible, so I returned it to them. Then, they returned the money to credit. Yes credit, THEY DON'T REFUND OUR MONEY TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT.Then, because I still have the credit, I purchased the accessories and a bag because I don't want to buy another poor-quality dress. it's not my fault and I didn't want to pay another delivery fee next time. But they said they don't have that bag in stock. WHY DID YOU PUT THAT IN STOCK THEN? Finally, I purchased another bag to use my CREDIT. But THEY SENT A FAULTY BAG (Without the strap, poor quality, terrible and dirty packaging). Omg, this happened again. They only said sorry and asked me to return the bag so they could refund my money to my original payment, which is my CREDIT in theirs. So annoying!! I purchased a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately the dress was significantly different to the picture on the Hello Molly website and of poor quality and cheap looking; not something you'd wear to a wedding. It was very crinkled (the dress online looked crisp) and a different colour to the picture online which was a beautiful blue. While completing the online return form, I noticed I was charged the $9.15 delivery fee twice. I reached out to Hello Molly and they refunded me the extra charge immediately. This was done on 22 April. On 2 May I noticed Hello Molly only processed a partial refund for the dress. I paid $80.75 and for some unknown reason, they deducted the $9.15 from the purchase amount and only refunded me $71.60. Since then, I've been chasing Holly Molly trying to resolve this matter. As if it's not bad enough I had to pay for postage, they've also stolen $9.15 from me. No one answers the phone and when I call and so we've been going back and forth via email. After this terrible experience, I will never shop or recommend them to anyone. I will be contacting ACCC today to report this incident.

Firstly, i bought a dress for a very special occasion and to me, was the perfect dress in what i saw in the photos. It arrived and i didn't even have to take it out the bag to notice how bad the quality was. Manufacturer tag and label was still attached and looked tacky. Sizing was completely off and did not fit. Distraught and frustrated, returned it, had to pay for a return which is ridiculous, for them to give me a credit for the full amount. FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRODUCTS
Not happy Hello Molly.I purchased a playsuit from hello molly and it was nothing like the picture in colour.
The picture was a beautiful blush pink and the playsuit was and awful light brown.
When I emailed exhaling I felt I did not get what I was expecting I was simply told I was not aloud a refund.
They do not do refunds and I can clearly see why!!! Because there pictures are so edited to make you want to buy the clothes.
WARNING YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
I will be going to consumer affairs I have never had this problem with other online retailers.
Also there sizing is tiny. Not made for Australian women.

Ordered a dress (“ST LUCIA MIDI DRESS MUSTARD”) and a Star hair clip. I was pretty let down by the quality of both the items, I got these for an event and wasn’t able to wear them and it left me very out of pocket. I am a full time uni student so I don’t really have much money but I thought If I got a nice dress that I can wear to nice events on Afterpay it should be fine, unfortunately the quality and fit was a bit of a let down. The star hair clip doesn’t have any teeth and is pretty cheaply made it doesn’t sit in your hair and just slides do...
