Arrived damaged and incredibly poor quality
This is my first time ordering from Hello Molly and it will also be my last! There is a massive thread that is hanging at the back of the dress that has caused a large and obvious pull in the fabric. If I were to cut or try to remove it, I can see that it will leave a huge hole. Also, the dress is meant to be covered in sequins, but when I pulled it out of the bag today, way too many sequins fell off it and there are small patches on the dress without sequins now. Read moredered. Stay away from this store! And they seem to only offer refunds when you complain, on their website it says that they do exchanges and store credit. I don’t want either of those things because of the poor quality, I want a refund. And the other terrible thing is that they expect you to pay for your return when you’re getting a refund. How ridiculous? I’d rather just throw this out than have to waste fuel by driving to the post office and paying for a return that I shouldn’t have to! I was meant to wear this dress this weekend and now I have nothing! Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Not so great
The material of the dress I just received is no where near worth $80. It’s thin with poor stitching. Not what I was expecting.

If I could give Hello Molly a 0 I would
This is the second time I've ordered from Hello Molly within the space of about a year. The first time - I bought a dress. The dress arrived in a relatively quick time frame, but the quality of the dress was terrible for how much it was worth. It looked awful on too. Felt like the advertising was false. (I might add I don't think my body type is difficult to look good in clothes) I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and I have a small waist and some curves. Needless to say - I had to pay to send it back, only to be given store credit to have to buy...

I have a wedding coming up and I wanted to give them a second chance. After searching website after website, the only dress I liked that I came across was on Hello Molly. I thought why not give them another chance. Needless to say, the dress is again the most crappy cheap material. I spent just over $100 on a dress that feels like it should have cost $10. Not worth it
Ordered 2 dresses for my 21st birthday. The first dress was see through as it was very very thin and the quality wasn't worth the $70 price point. The second dress was also a little see through and felt very cheap. The shipping came very quickly which impressed me, however the quality of the dresses is no where near what the price point should be!!!

Faulty dress
My daughter brought a dress there for $120 it arrived faulty ripped hem and the best they can do is tell her to send it back for a refund this was for her bday party now she’s out a dress and they don’t even offer to replace it. Disgusting service never buy from this company. Who the hell sends a dress that expensive ripped and faulty crazy.
