Poorly made, cheap looking, sizes are way off and products don't look like their photos.
Firstly, their "no refunds" policy is illegal. It breaks Australian Consumer Law to even put that on your website, let alone try to enforce it. Read moreeasily break, the skirt looks like it's made from a shiny plastic. It looks like it's worth about $30 max, not the $79 they're selling it for. The photos on the website/socials are clearly enhanced in photoshop. Check out the photo of what I ordered VS what I received. The "Not that easy bodysuit" was an even bigger let down. Firstly, the sizing is so off it's ridiculous. I am an Australian size 10, but I still ordered this in a Medium just to be safe. I am 5'8 and as this is a body suit, it was too short to actually get into, i doubt it would be comfortable for anyone over 5'2. I couldn't get the zipper at the back closed over my bust either. I would have had to return it for a size XL which is just insane (my partner jokingly said "was it made for a child?"). I tried to do this, but they were out of stock so just refunded me. This product also looked really cheap and had threads hanging off it.First and last time buying from here! Should've read reviews first
Firstly, i bought a dress for a very special occasion and to me, was the perfect dress in what i saw in the photos. It arrived and i didn't even have to take it out the bag to notice how bad the quality was. Manufacturer tag and label was still attached and looked tacky. Sizing was completely off and did not fit. Distraught and frustrated, returned it, had to pay for a return which is ridiculous, for them to give me a credit for the full amount. Looked like a default template message that directed me to just read through the returns policy, which i already had and stated that in my email. Not much care gone into their customer care. Very disappointed. Quality of the dress i received was very poor, stitched around the side was all wavy and not in straight line. Dress was too short. I had to pay delivery to return the item. I dont want to buy anything else. I need a refund not store credit. I called and customer service was so poor and dont want to refund me.

Not like the picture!
Okay dress for the price however the colours shown on the website image are alot brighter than the item itself (as you'll see in the pictures) so I was very disappointed. Also not happy that I need to pay to return a poorly advertised item with no refund, only credit given. I'm not sure I want to buy anything else in a case the same thing happens. First and last time shopper here I think.

Arrived damaged and incredibly poor quality
This is my first time ordering from Hello Molly and it will also be my last! There is a massive thread that is hanging at the back of the dress that has caused a large and obvious pull in the fabric. If I were to cut or try to remove it, I can see that it will leave a huge hole. Also, the dress is meant to be covered in sequins, but when I pulled it out of the bag today, way too many sequins fell off it and there are small patches on the dress without sequins now. I don’t want either of those things because of the poor quality, I want a refund. And the other terrible thing is that they expect you to pay for your return when you’re getting a refund. Ok. Good service but poor quality
It was easy enough to order and return products but the quality I received felt quite cheap and fragile. I am hesitant to purchase another product but I got credit for the last product I returned. Guess I will give them one more go but I'm not confident based on the last purchase

I am so upset and disgusted at the fact I have just learnt that I do not get my money back from your site... this is not at all clear, and nothing I ordered fitted me at all, neither sizing up or my regular size. Disappointing Service and Products
Ordered a jumpsuit (Day of Destiny) and had to return both my orders. There was no real difference between a size M and L. Disappointing. Customer service was horrible, they only also post their good reviews on their website. Not to mention, their returns policy is the worse thing I’ve ever come across. Like if customers aren’t happy with a product, they should at least be offered their money back. Now I have getting a store credit. The material quality is also extremely poor quality.

I purchased a gorgeous dress from Hello Molly and was so excited to wear it. I ensured I purchased it well and truly before I needed it to allow for shipping delays. cheap quality material
Misleading/false advertising. The photos on the website and price range appear to paint a picture of quality however this is not the case. My dress arrived in the mail and the material is extremely thin, cheaply made with visible loose threads jutting out here and there.. Would not recommend this company. It is as if i bought this item from a flea market. I wont be surprised if the dress falls apart after a wash.
Summary: Spent $85 including shipping on a dress, but the quality is not up to standard. It is more of a $15 dress.

If I could rate Hello Molly lower I would, do not buy from them!
I genuinely thought my prayers were answered when I found hello molly and noticed that I could have my order delivered within days (which is what I needed as I had nothing to wear for a party). Terrible return policy
Fast delivery but the return policy is terrible. I’ve purchased items before that have arrived and either do not match the description, do not fit or are not what I expected. This is the second time I've ordered from Hello Molly within the space of about a year. The first time - I bought a dress. The dress arrived in a relatively quick time frame, but the quality of the dress was terrible for how much it was worth. It looked awful on too. Felt like the advertising was false.
