Inconsistent size. Horrible costumer service. They charge you for shipping and return. On top of that they only give you store credit. Will never shop in this site again!
Wrong address by them
Holly Molly sent my items to the wrong address. No tax invoice for me to follow up. Very incompetent. Not trustworthy at all. Very disappointed. Not good at all. Never
AVOID THIS STORE
I would caution you before purchasing items from this store, particularly if you are making a large order. The store's returns policy is extremely unfair. They do not offer any refunds (only store credit which expires after 12 months) and you have to pay for returns. Considering that the quality and sizing of their products is very inconsistent, this means that it is likely you will be required to return items, and the cost adds up (especially if you have had to do it 8/9 times like me).
Stick to The Iconic, Princess Polly or ASOS - it is a much better customer experience.
My daughter brought a dress there for $120 it arrived faulty ripped hem and the best they can do is tell her to send it back for a refund this was for her bday party now she’s out a dress and they don’t even offer to replace it. Disgusting service never buy from this company. Who the hell sends a dress that expensive ripped and faulty crazy.
Never again. A worst experience.

All the 5 star would be from people paid to do so because people check reviews. Don’t be fooled by them, they’re not real!
Not even worth rating
The sizing is completely out. Quality is poor. You have to pay for the privilege of returning the item and you only get store credit. Spend your money elsewhere, I would definitely not recommend.
Overpriced bad quality clothes
Made a $400+ order on Hellomolly, I was so excited to receive my items however when I got them and pulled them out of the bag my heart sank. The fabric of the clothing felt so cheap and nasty- definitely does not deserve the $60-$80 price tag (I can only compare it to shein or zaful quality clothes).
Will not be ordering from these guys again which is such a shame because the items look fabulous on their website but sadly do not live up to expectation in real life.
FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRODUCTS
Not happy Hello Molly.
I purchased a playsuit from hello molly and it was nothing like the picture in colour.
The picture was a beautiful blush pink and the playsuit was and awful light brown.
When I emailed exhaling I felt I did not get what I was expecting I was simply told I was not aloud a refund.
They do not do refunds and I can clearly see why!!! Because there pictures are so edited to make you want to buy the clothes.
WARNING YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....I will be going to consumer affairs I have never had this problem with other online retailers. Also there sizing is tiny. Not made for Australian women. Not happy and bad customer service.
Service not great and items faulty
I have shopped from this site previously with no issues but recently I ordered a dress from this site. I tried it on and it was faulty. I advised them and they issues a refund which I am yet to still receive. I then went to order another 2 dresses as I am in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding coming up. The order was stuffed up and it was done twice which I then had sorted to where I only had 1 order. I was waiting for a week to receive my tracking number as I was guaranteed express shipping. I never received this and I then emailed. I w...as told there were issues and my order was deemed lost and they gave me the option of either a refund, resent or 120% store credit. At that stage I chose for it to be resent. I then never received anything and asked for a refund to which I am still awaiting a reply. Their phone number seems to be disconnected as I have tried phoning a dozen times and also sent a few emails with no reply. I am needing this refund so I can go and purchase something elsewhere. I am owed a refund for 3 dresses and still nothing. They are apparently having “warehouse issues” but I just feel as if I should get some sort of notice and email advising of the issues and would really like my refunds for these items.
Do No Buy From This Site Anymore.
Im so shocked with how you’re business has all of a sudden turned out, I ordered my items Monday it’s Friday and still no items, sent emails and have heard from friends there is a “warehouse problem” but I don’t understand if there is a problem why not stop you’re orders or display you are having problems and orders will be delayed I’m so so so angry that I haven’t been contacted at all about the where about a of my items and I needed them tomorrow. I’m ticked right off with you’re company and lack of service. Answer my emails and return my money already!
Slowest shipping ever
Recently been purchasing a few things from Hello Molly as I've always had good experience with them back a few months ago however recently their shipping has been ridiculous, ordered on a Monday and they don't ship for almost a whole week, called them up to ask what is going on and they keep giving an excuse about their warehouse and they are working on it but they can't give a date as to WHEN my item will be shipped?? honestly shouldn't take a whole week to ship some items.... this same thing happened not once or twice but three times.... basi...cally they keep using the excuse about their warehouse though I don't see any other bigger online brands with this issue, I would understand if it happens once but three times?? plus they barely reply to my emails unless I call them. Also states that they ship out the same day if ordered before 2 pm however they haven't shipped out my items for almost a whole week. I would give this place zero stars if I could
Wrote a review but they deleted it to save face
Ordered a dress (“ST LUCIA MIDI DRESS MUSTARD”) and a Star hair clip. I was pretty let down by the quality of both the items, I got these for an event and wasn’t able to wear them and it left me very out of pocket. I am a full time uni student so I don’t really have much money but I thought If I got a nice dress that I can wear to nice events on Afterpay it should be fine, unfortunately the quality and fit was a bit of a let down. The star hair clip doesn’t have any teeth and is pretty cheaply made it doesn’t sit in your hair and just slides do...wn even though my hair is curly (I know slipping hair clips is more common on straight silky hair). The dress fits really oldly even though I’m similar in size to the model and the print was a lot fuller than I thought, I spilt some water on it and the colour came out so now I can’t return it and I can’t ever wash it because the colour will all run off. Just really upset about having to pay $77 for two items I can’t return or ever use. They also got rid of my review so it doesn’t seem like they really want to help me at all.
Sent me a damaged dress not once, but twice
I ordered a dress and when it came it had a defect where the sleeves were uneven. Since the dress fit great, I still wanted it so I sent it back, got store credit and ordered the same dress again. I was sent another damaged dress with the same defect, it was almost like I was sent back the dress I returned to them. I made the decision to still shop with them after the 1st mistake but clearly made a lapse in judgement after nothing was done to ensure I wasn't sent a damaged item a second time. Massive waste of my time going out of my way to go m...ail back the dress when this was completely out of my control (ie. I wasn't returning dress because of change of mind or poor fit etc but because I was sent a faulty product twice). Very frustrating because I usually am quite patient with online stores, but I expressed that I still wanted that dress even though the first one was damaged and despite that, still being sent another damaged dress is frankly ridiculous. I liked your clothing but I can't believe what a massive waste of my time this all was. Never shopping or recommending Hello Molly to anyone. On a lighter note, Kar helped me during both return processes and provided great customer service. I do not blame her for these issues because I understand it's out of control of the customer service team. She did all she could to help me and I do appreciate it.
Terrible Quality, even worse service
I purchased a top from this online store. When I had hand washed it, the tassles all came off. I told Hello Molly and they refused to exchange or refund the purchase because I had washed it. I will never shop here again
Terrible quality and horrible return policy.
I bought a dress from Hello Molly after raving reviews from a Youtuber (last time I'm trusting her reviews). The dress was horrific quality with cheap fabric, lining that was made of scraps of different colours and really bad sewing job. I returned the dress but could not get a refund as the policy was that you can only be refunded store credit.
So using my store credit, I then bought a new dress, and again I received a dress that was made of cheap fabric, with frayed threats hanging all along the bottom of the dress. At this point, I'm unw...illing to pay for return shipping a second time only to be given more store credit that I dont want to spend on more trashy clothes. I'm appalled that Hello Molly is charging $70, $80 for dresses that are worth no more than $20. I am also baffled as to how they receive so many positive reviews?? I will never buy from this website again and will recommend everyone NOT to buy from Hello Molly.
